I use to have a Samsung note 10+ which only lasted 1year most probably.Until the screen turns black cannot see anything on it.The Alarm will ring though which will give indications that the phone is on but the display is just black.Note 8 takes better photos at night than note 10+

I bought this device few days ago upgrading from Note8 and the battery performance is not good at all while it's 4300 mAh and note8 3300 mAh same performance🤔

Dropped 30% while sleeping for 7 hours with network data is on . This is ridiculous ! we are using a flagship note series phone , not ordinary A series or M series... flagship.. I came from huawei Mate20 , there is no way my note 10 plus can compare with it in terms of battery life and network strengh . My wife's Mate 30 dropped only 1% overnight for 8 hours...I felt pity to use this phone . I shouldn't give this phone a try , i regretted . Even i went to service centre in sunway pyramid , they just factory reset my phone , nothing else . The indian staff even told me she has been worked there for a year and note 10 and 10 plus is the most problem phone . That means samsung malaysia already knew these issue , but why they just act dont know (buat tak tau)..this meant that they have no mean to solve the problem after goods are sold..If any of you guys are watching this or stays in malaysia , please ignore this phone . Trust me , you will regret and totally lost confident with samsung malaysia . Advertisement so great but product lousy . Lastly , i will keep going to service centre to raise this issue . I hope there is a way to solve this issue.. when there is a will , there is a way...

Anonymous, 18 Dec 2020How to do that?Hold the volume up button and the power button at the same time. Continue to hold down these buttons even after it vibrates and "Samsung Galaxy Note 10+" appears on the screen. It will then boot into the Recovery Mode. Use volume button to scroll down to clear wipe partion. Use volume buttons and scroll to reboot phone. Thats it done.

Hello Guys, please advise me, Samsung Galaxy note 10+ is fourteen months old, there is an error of moisturizer in the charging port, it's been three days, I have gone to Samsung Repairing Center, I paid 17 US dollars just for checking, now their phone call has come, They say the total cost will be... (in US dollars 415$). The main board, battery, charging port, Wi-Fi antenna, and ear speaker are all parts need to replace to work in order. I have 3 days for consideration, please advise me whether fix the phone or buy another phone, as Samsung is giving only 30 days warranty after replacement of parts. Thanks
