Samsung Device was advertised as update
I used it on laptop running windows 10
I found it as follow.
1. Can't Use trackpad of/mouse connected to laptop
2. Huge Delay while using phone as trackpad
3. Resolution is like 720p (can see pixels on screen with naked eye)
4. Difficult to connect

Maggi, 13 Sep 2020My same comment applies to you. Did you get the official 2.5? Yes, it working perfectly fine. I cast my screen to my Samsung Smart TV for Dex, and must admit, I get the same experience what I get on my laptop when I use my Note 10+ for Dex.

If yes you need to flash the firmware to the ones that receive updates. Do some googling and learn to do flashing. I did with my s10e since i bought it from america and the last update it gets is july 2019
