And 2 = if the option 1 doesn't work, you must take it into a Samsung original service for a diagnostic! It's easy, don't panic. I wish you succes! Cheers.

my phone absolutely refuses to be charged by its original charger. its been a year since i got it and after a few months of using the charger, it totally stopped working out of the blue. somehow its charged by a samsung note 10's charger BUT with its original cable (kinda slow if the phone is on and comparatively faster if i turn it off)
i dont know whats the problem here and idk how long i can keep up with this, anyone got any solution? should i get my phone checked or should i buy a new charger?
note: + my phone is samsung note 10+ 5G
+ i tried samsung s10's charger but it doesnt work at all either.
+ my phone's charger works on samsung note 10 BUT with its own charger cable

If you will change your display with an original one into an official Samsung service, all will work great! This display {this situation is met on every phone that uses a s-pen device} has 2 display layers one on top of each other: 1 for normal touch action and the second one for s-pen action! So if you will change the whole display All will work like new! ok. Cheers.
