I wish samsung will give this phone last software update ..which is the android 13 and one UI 5.0...because the phone is still a beast even in 2023...love the phone ...please samsung do this for us ..I love it....because was using A51 and they gave it android 13...meanwhile it's a midrange phone..so Samsung please do it for the note 10 plus too...

the original charger that came with the phone totally stopped working after a few months, ONLY my samsung note 10's charger works on it but now that one's cable is ruined too. how do i buy another authentic charger that actually works? i've tried other chargers but none of them work AT ALL :((

I'm getting new screen on my note 10 plus as it has a screen burn. I had to buy note 20 ultra 5g and the screen in it keeps dimming. Don't know what's causing it. But I've owned note 10 plus 512gb since 2020 and still love it. But unfortunately screen burn appeared. But with new screen and battery it will be great again. You could install a Custom ROM on the Note 10+ to get One UI 5.
Screen burn can be by many reasons, I recommend you not to have always the brightness at 100% max for a long period of time, that can cause burning.

Galaxy S10+ and Note 10+ still get security updates.
also Samsung has been sending updates even to older flagships to solve security issues, and you have the second option of a custom rom.

I don't even trust Samsung service centres not to mess with my phone while replacing the battery. Thirdly my Samsung phone is the phone having my bank apps so I'd rather have one that's getting all the so-called security patches.

bvh, 24 Feb 2023Awesome. I'm getting my device anytime soon.hell yeah. ive had mine for over two years and it's still as beautiful and powerful as the day i got it. i hope to never replace this awesome device but if i do it'll be the latest note or the model closest to it, thats for sure.

thats less than some modern mid range phones for an old flagship samsung that still kicks the p!ss outta anything crapple has now and almost every other phone...
seriously the difference between this phone and modren flagships that cost several times more ($1000+) are either infantesimal or literally non existant.
updates are almost always bloatware with features you'll never use anyway.
i and 99% of the population download apps for functionality, not os updates.
this is still probably in the top five of best phones to own. and all the others are samsung flagships that cost more than a mortgage payment.
