I have been using this phone (Exynos version dual sim) since last November, 2019. It is a very good phone in every aspect. But since last two update the battery is draining so fast that i have to charge it twice a day as i am heavy user. This is too much frustrating from Samsung that they degrade their device service quality with updates.

its a shame for the solid flagship phone and big company but no aptx hd?!then why the hell remove the jack?!extra money just for the name brand only??.not worth it.fyi no aptx hd since never from thier flagship🥳🥳🥳 quit being a sammy fan if nothings change in future.not upgrade from s10+.

Compared to round edged phones,sharp edged phones are more fragile.lile note 10 plus& note 20 ultra, Think TWICE before buying.

overall its a good phone: But. yes but. Its very very fragile. This is my second one within 4months. The only reason its my second is because my insurance replaced the phone. I would've opp out. My first note 10+ cracked in a otter box. I have yet to understand that. The second cracked in a military style case. Like How?😡 If note 10+ falls on its corners,I don't care what kind of phone case you have it will crack. Its weird,all the back of the phone cracks. The speed of note 10 and its quality is great. The phone itself is to Fragile. Unless you like paying your insurance deductible.

The aura glow version has to ne one of the most beatiful looking phones of all time, and the performance is outstanding, I have mine since 10 months ago, and not a SINGLE problem so far!

Better learn to take care of things in an inteligent way, instead of making absurd claims, you must be indeed real clumsy to break 3 phones! I have my not 10+ since 6th Sept 2019, and, it is in pristine condition, exactly as day one

I always getting problem with speaker while connect to a Bluetooth headphone and disconnect it..the loud speaker is not working after disconnect the Bluetooth audio devices..
