Common guys...why complaining of some specs not present? Don't forget this is a midrange phone and not a flagship phone hence its low price. If you really need all those specs y'all complaining about, are you ready to pay for it?? Please give Samsung a break, note 10 lite is very ok for that price 'specs-wise'.

You can upgrade the Note 10 Lite up to Android 12 but it won't get the hardware capabilities that a proper Note 9 flagship has because hardware-wise it is technically crippled. There's no software upgrade can add those hardware feature advantages of the Note 9 to that Note 10 Lite.

So Note 9 (SD845) vs Note 10 Lite (Exynos 9810)?
I'd buy a note 9:
1. IP68 certified.
2. High density AMOLED panel (1440p).
3. 512GB variant available, if you want that.
4. Stereo speakers.
5. USB 3.1 type-C.
6. Dex Support due to #5.
7. Wireless charging.
Note 10 Lite is an odd variant of the Note Series, if you are interested on the Note, just buy an old and much more capable Note flagship than this cut-down new "Lite" variant.
Acknowledging the Note 10 Lite's advantages:
1. Slightly advanced stylus.
2. Extra ultra wide angle camera.
3. +500mAh battery.
4. Flat screen (some may find this advantageous).
5. Others that I'm not knowledgeable about.
Never forget that old flagships exists and they offer a much more value for money compared to new midrange and lite variant flagships.
