It's the last Note to have the SD card slot.
Maybe it's cheaper in the US, but in Europe the price never went down on trusted websites.

Hi guys, did anyone install the latest update on their Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G? I woke up and received it today but I'm skeptical to install anything else because it runs perfectly for now. I'm afraid of "on-purpose" harming from their "improvement updates".

Subjectively speaking, the best (and last) Note.
Biggest screen of a note. Thinnest bezels of a note. MicroSD. And a weight and thickness that is much more manageable in the hand than the S22/23 Ultra.
Such a pity that the refresh rate is capped at 1440p@60hz though.
I will definitely buy a refurbished one in the future for me to experience this phone.
