Why samsung always use 2 different chipset? This region ship this chopset, this region ship this chipset? Why not using 1 chipset for flagship phone so there will be conflict later on. If use Snapdragon just use it. If use Exynos just use exynos. Dont make 2 different chipset for 1 phone.

Why can't samsung make note phones with same chip set same price. Don't send garbage to Asia [exinos] .that is why Asian moving to Apple and other midrange phones. They send same on every .they are great. Send both chipset with phones every countries with price differance then people will chose which they buy.

Battery life on mine has been excellent. Always gets me through a full day and on lighter times managed nearly 2 days from it. Software manages battery life really well.

sean, 18 Dec 2020NoOK but a note of caution. It (was/still is?) is possible to order a Chinese version made to look like a UK model. That happened to me with a Note 4 bought from a reputable UK second hand shop. Now it might be that later versions of Android has stopped this particular hack but it was only when I tried to change the firmware and ran 'Phone Info+' that I realised I'd been caught. Had that been off eBay by the time I discovered that it would have been too late.

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2020Samsung S20 ultra or Samsung note 20 ultra which is betterI have both and overall they're quite similar.The Note 20 Ultra 5G is for me producing more consistently good photos ...the S20 Ultra is a bit hit and miss. I'd go for the Note 20 Ultra out of the two despite it being 'lower specced ' such as no 45w charging . In practice the specs are making very little difference to things like practical battery life. The camera is the decider for me...

A strange mixture between the Note 10 Plus 5G and the S20 Ultra. Doesn't feel as heavy as the S20 Ultra, doesn't have a 5000mAh battery and sadly has dispensed with the 45w Super Fast charging. Even so it hasn't suffered too much, it seems faster than my Note 10 Plus 5G, the charging speed isn't that far behind in practice and the camera is now well sorted...doesn'tseem to suffer with the 'hit and miss' of the S20 Ultra. Consistently great results so far. Well pleased.

4G version has 8GB RAM whereas 5G version has 12GB RAM

I own the 5G dual sim 512Gb Snapdragon version (HK/China compliant). I have not tried the 5G part yet (no antenna in France) but the rest is just impressive. not one photo is missed, the 120Hz refresh is amazing (you do see the difference once you have seen it once), everything is snappy. I am delighted and would like to use it for the coming years. small disappointment: I use 10% of the pen features (I realize I am not using it that much) but the one I use is the recording + writing feature (this way you can go back to the recording at the precise time when a word was written, and amend your notes). Battery is on the short side, but if you switch to battery saver (no 120Hz refresh or 5G), you can easily last 1.5 days. I highly, highly recommend this phone
