So u are asking ppl to not buy note5 now and wait for 8 to 9 more months as there will be a better note6 coming in 2016.what a lame idea u have there.lol

I have a 128GB SD card onboard Note Edge but not used it to the fullest. After 7 months of using that plastic phone, its notification panel and edge screen lags a lot like hell. Immediately dispose of it after 8 months and bought this premium phone. Now I am happier than before.

I am moving on from xperia z2 to note5.hope it will be better than my current phone . Looks are awesome though.this will be my first Samsung. i have note 4 edge in my mind too.any Suggestions please

Tcool, 10 Feb 2016That was impressive... we'll see come February 21.seriously man these ppl are going crazy abt the sd card and removable battery thing lol ...i had those features all this while with my previous smartphones but never felt that its so important or never used to like removing the flimsy battery cover or the sd card again and again.lol
i guess i am a very wise user then lol..

1) get the lg v10 if u want the best but slow camera.
2) get the mate8 if u want a bigger 6" screen and allrounder
3) get the Note5 if u want the very compact and pocketable All rounder.

Everyone knows that there is no perfect smartphone in the market rightnow likewise even note5 has its drawbacks but some ppl here are only showcasing its darwbacks repeatedly here and try to pick on fights.
whoever bought note5 was aware that it has no sd card or removable battery ppl r not blind lol

The SD card removal came down to no consistency in SD card read speeds/ and controllers being in an inbetween tech state (fast ones not price efficient etc).. At the end of the day they went with lpddr4 and power savings with not having to power another storage 'bank'.
It was probably for good reasons (give their tech and design people some credit, they do actually ship excellent products; anyone here doing the same?)
WHEN we get SD slots back, we will have fast card access, and we WILL be happy.
I'm still using the note 4 generation (note edge), and whilst I don't care for removable batteries especially, SD cards are handy to pull out of dead phones.. (still keep some photos etc).

The FCC has confirmed the 20% battery increase on the S7 edge.... The SD card rumour is looking better each day. :-)
