There is one pathetic guy here that has so much to say but not a user of this phone.
All the things that comes from his heart are based on hatred to this phone which are reflected on all his posts. Real users were harassed once they post something good about this phone according to actual usage. Nobody knows what is his intention of harassing real users. Such a shame for an instructor in a university.

[deleted post]Which just shows that you are an underpowered user.
Watching YouTube, whatever happens to the HD movies rotting in your phone SD card that you use to play on your phone to brag to your students? LOL!
That means they are seldom used that weren't supposed to be save on phone.

Note 3 battery drops by 15% in one hour where Note 5 drops only 6% in one hour with the same activities for both.

And stop computing before you reply, it won't help.

                [deleted post]Stop diverting.

I will put it this way:
Note 3 with extra battery will never beat Note 5 battery endurance in single charge.
And I will repeat, the same activities for both.

Right now I am writing this with Note 5. I am on my way to downtown. After this I will watch Daily Motion videos with my phone. Then check Facebook notifications from time to time while shopping. My phone GPS always on. Most apps using location. With 96% of battery juice.
I am pretty sure I will reach home after 7 hours and my Note 5 will still have juice to mirror internet videos to my mobile projector.

With the same activity, Note 3 will already have changed the battery and not enough juice to mirror internet videos to my mobile projector when I reach home.

Note 5 is such an amazing phone, 1d 2h 27m 17s on battery use since last full charge.
                        39% remaining approximately 10 h 32 m left.
With WiFi always on, GPS always on and most apps using location, Bluetooth always on syncing notifications and weather with smart watch, smart stay always on, NFC always on, all apps auto update, sync always on, screen time out set to maximum, watching YouTube from time to time, checking Facebook notifications and watching Facebook video post.
Who needs power bank? Who needs removable battery? By the time its battery charge gets low I will be lying on the comfort of my bed relaxing while charging the Note 5 wirelessly. No need for acrobatic process changing the battery, LOL!

[deleted post]Did I ever mentioned heavy use? I just said the same day to day activity with Note 3.
                          Which part you didn't undertand?

The same day to day activity with Note 3 on Note 5 gives me more than 24 hours on Note 5 compared to 12 hours on Note 3 with battery replaced.

Whether heavy use or not as long as I compare "the same day to day activity on both".

[deleted post]Not saying that the battery isn't better than the Note 3, it is better than the Note 4. I don't know the 3 but my brother has 4, we've tested it.

That has nothing to do with being able to swap batteries. You can't fast charge even remotely the same as you can swap a battery. That's common sense.

Pretty sure his point was that he can have multiple charged batteries that he can swap at a moments notice, all day long. Not that the Note 3 has better battery endurance than the Note 5.

Also; that he can go buy a battery with much higher Mah that can take the phone further through the day (instead of constantly charging).

Tcool, 09 Jan 2016I don't have to share with you what I am doing with my phon... moreThe consistent graph path in a span of 24 hours OBVIOUSLY tells us that your usage is MINIMAL. If you do games within this period, there would have some steep lines in the graph chart. It shows the top battery use goes to Android OS (10%), Cell Standby (6%), and Android System (4%). These are all there in there screenshot image YOU posted. But it goes to show you didn't think it thoroughly enough before posting.

Therefore claim that the Note.5 with heavy use is false. If you were gaming, that game should have the largest percentage in place of Android OS (10%).

This is pretty standard reading of what you posted, and is factual.

The actual screen on time probably is about an hour or less - that's why you're not keen in showing us that. You should delete that image all together from further embarrassment. Well, I took a screenshot with your name on it for future reference.

Whatever I am doing to my phone is not to be shared with strangers.

As I said the day to day activity with my previous plastic Note 3 (whether it is stand by or not) is the same day to day activity with the glamorous Note 5. I don't change my activity when jumping from one phone to another. But I have proven that Note 5 battery endurance is way far ahead of ugly Note 3 even with removable battery.

Just what I expected, bitter people will always have reasons to disagree.
