Anonymous, 07 Dec 2015Okay. I agree this time. Just because the new update made N... moreThe only thing I really like with the upgrade is the Off Screen Memo - but this could be easily carried over with an installer. The Note 4 is even more suited with it not having the pen silo design flaw - you can't put it back the wrong way and gets stuck. This is obviously the biggest mistake next to the rear fragile back of the Note.5. Another thing about the "new" S Pen is that clicky end would pop out while in your pocket, as confirmed by reviewers and my colleague who uses this half-baked thing - numerous ocassions.
S Pen on ALL the previous models do not pop out for no reason. There are so many reasons why not to get the Note.5. It's like they fired the original Note designers, and had some new guy who used to work at Apple to design this.

Anyways coming back to ur point yes i know that there are plenty ppl who wud want the micro card slot on there smartphones .Even i had note3 with 32gb internal and micro sd card slot with it, if i wanted i wud have bought a 128gb card and used it but No i bought 32gb card as i do not need 128gb but again that does not mean that iam saying that everyone does not need 128gb card , but the thing is that you cannot deny that there are lots of ppl who do not need more than 32 or 64gb on a smartphone.
Moreover if i compair my Note2 & Note3 with My Note5 only for memory department i feel happy that i got 64Gb INTERNAL memory with Note5 , cause internal memory is always better i mean the micro sd card i use to have with my Note2 & Note3 i had a big limitation like you cannot install the entire app data on the external sd card if u wish to.
plus, not much but sd card use to also make my Note2 & Note3 slow a bit. I can tell this for sure as Note5 is às fast as farrarri in app opening speed plus the gallary app also works like charm which was not the case with my note2 and note3 and no matter what app you open it open fast and works flawlessly if I compair it with my previous note2 and note3 .
well, i know that i sud not compair the two old devices with the new one but I just thought that i sud share my experince after upgrading..but yes even i agree that for ppl who need 128gb or more mem sud have got note5 with 128 gb in built or a sd card slot but just like you for me as well 64gb is more than enough on a smartphone.

So what's the use of its 4K video and many more other premium features. Whatever you say buddy 64 gb fixed memory is a way too low for a phone/phablate like note 6. I know it's more than enough for me but plenty of people are there who needs much more than this. You can't deny the point. It should have a 128 gb version otherwise a card slot.

Anonymous, 07 Dec 2015Okay let me just tell you this about the z5premium....
S... more1) I am not saying that sd810 is dirt cheap but in compaired to Exynos 7420, sd810 is considered very cheap more over the price sony kept for Z5P is too much for the kind of hardware they are providing.
2) Even super amoled screen can support waterproofing do you not know about S6 active,
3) 64gb internal is twice better than 32gb internal memory.
4) OS on Note5 is as good as the one on Z5P .
Now who's facts are not clear here?
Lol. U are just blindly supporting Sony .

AnonD-183089, 07 Dec 2015Its not about budget but may be for more specs as i am thin... moreNote6 sounds good but its miles away right now but at the moment there is no worthy Android smartphone than Note5, but i understand ur situation .the ppl who upgraded to Note5 are all almost the user who were previously using NOTE II & NOTE III yes i know there are lots of other ppl as well from who were previously using other OEM's smartphones. but not the most NOTE4 users upgraded to Note5 cause for average Note4 users who are on Budget Note5 is not going to be a much worthy of a upgarde. But yes Note5 is the most powerfull and advanced smartphone one can get rightnow.i.e the prices are also not going down soon for note5 the way it was use to go down for the previous Note series models. Samsung really upped the smartphone game with G S6 Edge + & Note5.

AnonD-183089, 07 Dec 2015Its not about budget but may be for more specs as i am thin... moreNow with Off Screen Memo, and S Pen Air Command matching the Note.5's with the new update to Marshmallow, there's no point going Note.5 just for a fragile glass back.
OMG, Note 4 even more useful than ever!
With removable battery, infrared remote, memory expansion and an S Pen storage that doesn't have a design flaw. Samsung should start producing more Note 4 now!
Save that $1000 from being spent on a downgrade! Keep your Note 4!

... moreOkay let me just tell you this about the z5premium....
Snap dragon 810 is NOT cheap in fact I think it's the best processor out their...only needs to control heating
Sony didn't use "super amoled" on their screens because they would no longer be water proof and it's 4k display with 808ppi
32GB is enough for MANY peole. And unlike Samsung, it has a sdcard slot
It has more fluid interface unlike Samsung overly heavy skinned "touchwiz"
You really need to get your facts straight

... moreAll the specs in the world mean nothing if you don't have room to store what you need too.
Samsung could have easily avoided this by offering everyone 64GB and 128GB phones (or SD) instead of offering 32GB to the majority of customers. If these options were available then i would agree that the GN5 is the best available.

There's just so little things you can boast about the NotePOINT5. Note 4 just more worth it than this half-baked thing that does less. $1000 spent on a downgrade with the Note.5.

Anonymous, 06 Dec 2015I have purchased Note 5 almost 2 months back... The fast wi... moreFast wireless charging is for short-term. Worst thing with sealed battery as it puts more stress to the battery, thereby softening the cycle count. Would be OK for removable type, as you can change or cycle batteries yourself.
I've been using my Note 3 for 2 years exactly this month without having to go to a service center. I'm on the 2nd set of 3-batteries, where the first set gave in to deterioration with only 60% capacity from new after 18 months. My cycling of the batteries even prevents me from wearing out the micro USB 3.0 port. There's no need to go on a NUMBER of times to a service center because there's a problem with that SEALED battery.
And here it is - the waiting game because they don't have the parts. Why are some people insisting on going to service centers for batteries? Why do we want to inherit the problems of iPhone users with that sealed battery? So, this is the "modern" thing? Removable batteries archaic?
Me, I'm good and now waiting for my 2 sets of double-capacity batteries (6400 mAh) orders. Soon I don't have to change or charge the battery during the day with heavy use. Beats carrying the charger/charging pad/powerbank and plug in 2-4 hours daily for my heavy needs.
Again, Samsung could go a make double-battery versions for future models than regular thin ones, if they're all out for sealed batteries.
