Let the cloudy telecoms be greedy . Com s are also producing wireless hard disks wireless pendrives and many more like gadgets. So greed will not survive. So who cares about 32 more gb over 32 gb. I bought a 64 gb micro sd card got filled up in 3 months . Then???. U can carry a wireless ext hard disk of 2TB ( 2terabytes means 2000 gb). How much video u will watch on the 5 or 6 inch screen that u want 128 gb card above a32 gb. Have u not got a job or hobbies.

AnonD-430264, 05 Nov 2015Not big in conspiracy but: it's the summing down of society... moreThey have limited the 64GB version to only some countries, and majority only sell the 32GB. Another theory to increase cloud service usage and to increase battery usage so you'd need to keep using them "Fast" chargers to kill that sealed battery faster. They want you using more data service to increase the telcos revenues.
The ordinary user just want that shiny new toy that they think celebrities use -"Ooo... platinum glass back." They need that to relate to status quo.

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2015As the battery is non removable, how useful is it to carry ... moreObviously, this thing could have been more useful with a removable battery system. Sealed battery cannot give you options, and is a factor in making sure you keep charging to shorten the battery cycles- killing that sealed battery faster with "fast" wireless/wired charging.
Samsung is mimicking Apple to make us become renters rather than owners of our devices. You like going to the service center and spend more money to just replace the ruined battery? That used to be just an iPhone problem. Sealed battery is a backward implementation.
Apple did this because Jobs want you coming back to service that fancy phone, and most people won't bother replacing that sealed battery and buy the latest model.

May I ask? I am a student and looking for a phone. I came up with 3 choices: Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Asus Zenfone 2, or OnePlus 2?

TheNeighbor, 05 Nov 2015Trust me, I tried to stay with wireless charging for about ... moreNot big in conspiracy but: it's the summing down of society as a whole.
Did you hear the song with the Samsung commercial showing how Galaxy can wirelessly charge but iPhone can't?
It went something like:
Do-be-do-do-dah-dah
Oh-be-lah-zoo-zoo-lah lah
Pure garage baby speak. This is how you represent your phones? And why are we showing S6 Edge + in the same commercials as Note 5? Supposed to be different phones serving a different purpose.

AnonD-430264, 05 Nov 2015I don't think hipster people are going to buy Samsung phone... moreTrust me, I tried to stay with wireless charging for about 2 months - couple it being with a hotspot while wireless charging gets the phone really hot. It's more pratical to just connect the wired charger directly. You're right though, the iPhone users will be drooling over wireless charging and be bragging like "it just took me 90 minutes to charge my battery", while not being able to make calls.
These celeberaties Samsung endorses are actually iPhone users. Look at Minaj with her iPhone: http://www1.pictures.zimbio.com/mp/Bq8gIxviUD2l.jpg
This too goes with LeBron James, Becham, DeGeneres... This is counter to the whole idea that Samsung devices are being used naturally by famous people - they keep using iPhones because they just do underpowered things with their phones. They are the ones who don't complain about the 1.2MP camera they keep using for selfies, while Android phones are rocking 5MP front-facing cameras.
Big fail, Samsung marketing department!

TheNeighbor, 05 Nov 2015The strange thing is, since the S6 Edge was more successful... moreI don't think hipster people are going to buy Samsung phones as a cool "in" type of device if they haven't by now. Apple owns that area for sure.
I'm not opposed to wireless charging but, it's not going to drive iPhone users over to Android. What else does Samsung offer? Well, broken multitasking and no updates. That's where my Note 5 will stay (people aren't interested).
It's trying to create an iPhone presence with a pen so people can draw silly love sayings or draw hearts? Where your business/power user market that you created the Note with? They are looking at non Samsung phones now. Great marketing there.

Posting again bcoz u may not hv not read
I use a wireless charger one at office desk and one at home. While on the road I don't need a wireless charger bcoz I hv to enjoy the roadside scenery . I never get less than 60 % charge on my note 5. It's so relaxing just to drop your phone on a plate like thing and watch TV or get a bath. U forget about charging or SWAPPING batteries. Just drop or simply put the phone. And its so irritating to remove case remove batteries , keep few spare batteries, carry them that wireless charging is thought as the future of charging.Wireless charging produces less heat than fast plugged(100% in 1 hr) charging.Note 5 has and note 4 doesn't have wireless charging built in. Note 5 has the speaker on bottom so u need not worry about which way u should place ur phone while listening to music. So note 5 is better.
I'm sorry it's the best
