[deleted post]I'm 1.9m tall, at 75kg. I jog everyday. And it's not all video - hundreds of audio books, music, and e-books I sometimes need to read. All non-video take up more than 60GB of storage - 30GB for all my book references, 30GB+ of audiobooks+music.

I store currently have 40GB on my micro SD card of video entire favorite TV and movies I haven't watch yet, and these are things that keep my mind active while I my paint/work. The audio conversations are enough my left brain functions occupied, while my creative right brain does the creating, and I can switch to music when I'm doing higher left brain activities.

The entire point of a lone device is less clutter, better portability for normal pockets. Bringing about your wireless 1TB (which only lasts some 4 hours on a charge) can get ruined in one accidental drop - better point if it was an SSD in the inside.

                  but sometimes checking power cord switch to know weather its on/off makes more sense than calling a service center and tell them that my computer is not working.

                    My note 5 sm 9208 vietnam made dual sim 32gb has following problems
                    (1)sim 2 is not detected and the device force me to restart
                    (2)battery life is not as review.it is almost the same as iph 6 battery life and drain more than htc 816 and xiaomi redmi note
                    (3)camera is not as good as s6 and s6 edge.but that's just my thought.
                    (4) keyboard pop up and disappear is lagging

                      What's not so clear with that sentence at the end? Not comprehensible for you?

                      Assuming if he has activated the fingerprint scanner to unlock the Note.5, he could use Kies all his files to sysnc. And the link I provided is the app you can use to read S Note files.

                      Even more, he can connect the Note.5 to his PC and use SideSync to mirror the Note.5 UI on the PC's screen, use the mouse and keyboard to navigate and control to turn on his data. He can also connect to a Bluetooth mouse while on SideSync, and then connect via HDMI connector to a smart tv with that BT mouse to control the interface for the meantime.

                      His correspondence sounds urgent, not to have to first wait DAYS for his screen to be replaced. Before that, he can get his files quickly through wired, or with his request - to turn on his data service to sync his files.

                      And what's your advice? - go to service center, and mention to us about your 1 year insurance for replacement. And still not has a chance to sync or gotten his files.

                        If u ask me its sud have been built like this from Note1.

                        Previously Note series was all about plastic and flimsy kind of construction even with good quality plastic Materials.

                            AnonD-430264, 30 Oct 2015I don't mind some of his objections to the Note because the... moreYeh even i am aware of that! but removing the battery and the extendable storage is not a big deal for me, i wanted the excellent build quality + minimum 64gb internal memory so i got note5 .
                            16 and 32gb internal mem even with expandable storage is not so great as u do not get complete access to use the sd card .means u cannot install apps on it plus no app data can be moved directly to external sd card without root.

                            So this expandable storage is most of the times good only for people who are FAT and wants to watch's lots of downloaded movies and tv series on there smartphones and keep the same files even after watching it. And for people who do not know how to use the attached hardisk on there wifi router .
                            I can easily get upto 1tb storage on my hardisk attached to my wifi router but even in that i do not keep lots of movies or tv series i normaly backup my videos and pics taken from my smartphone.

He ... moreHe does not need to get what he already has its very clear as he said that his phones screen is damaged he is not able to see the contents on the screen but he is able to answer the phone calls and the phone is sounding ok .replaceing the screen is a simple solution.

                                The Note 5 is a mokery. I had all Galaxy Notes, but this is a realy fealure. The Note 5 has not a lot of features of Note 3 and Note 4. Has not IR, no CD card too, imbuilt to small battery. The Note 5 is a nice gadget made only to fool the people and get profit. Unfortunatly the Samsung decreased even the sampling time at shameful level of 5 Hz, even the Samsung Galsy S has better 4 times better sampling times. The camera is only 16 Mpixels, until a lot of gadgets have more than 20 Mpixels. Also have no watter and dust protection. A lot of glas but if someone wants to keep it safe must put it in somekind of protective case. It is a hypocrisy thinking, nice but unsutable and too expensive.
                                I will keep my old Note 4, and the Note 5 will sent away. I am very disapointed!!!
