bad decision samsung very bad... i was waiting despertly... but very disappointed with u...
no sd card slot .. battery down from 3220 to 3000 ... no other new features... only body and design will not impress me... same chipset from s6 7420 same camera from s6... already note 4 camera beat s6 camera in camera battleground.... so sorry..... I will go for note 4 now

I know where this will appear first. Samsung always release their phone to Korean drama immediately for product promotion. I will keep my eyes on it and see how they use it. Who knows, Marvel Avenger might make a new movie featuring Note 5 and S6 edge+. We have seen Samsung in a lot of movie like Jurassic World too. Can't wait for their high budget ads and gimmicky marketing that always win an award.

Unfortunately Samsung has singed its death sentence with this.
I am sure it will be a great performing and looking phone and I personally don't care that much about the SD slot, because 32 GB or 64 GB is more than enough for me, but a non-removable 3000 mAh battery??
I work in a Phoneshop, people flock to the Note 4 because it has one of the best battery lives of any phone out there. Why would you downgrade on that? It just doesn't make sense. So many people i know were waiting on this phone...now they will go to LG for flagships or choose cheaper brands...

i dont know why samsung are not going to sell this in the uk thats a dumb move and why is there no ir blaster i don't get why thats missing its a note phone it seems that they are going with the apple think were you pay more for less and that works with apple as the have only make like 3 phones max and the switch them up every 2 years it seems not including the s, but samsung wtf the note is my favorite line that you do and the sd card thing i could take but no ir not cool man

no pros but many cons!!!!!!!!!!!
-16mp rear camera only (should have been 20+mp)
-64gb memory instead of 128gb (above all no card slot)
-no radio
-no dual sim version

am still using note 2 now...note 3 design does not appeal to me ..now note 5 seems to be worse than note 4 .....why must Samsung follow iphone design with non-replaceable battery and non-expandable SD card slot ??...samsung will fail in their Note 5 . Note 5 now lost its original identity and soon become S series phone . Note 4 will be my target to change . Samsung need to seriously address to the needs of their note fans .

Reason why Samsung Note 5 is thinner, only has 3000mAh battery and no microSD slot.
1. Trimming down battery size allows the phone to become thinner. Samsung thinks people like being thin.
2. Samsung may have collaborated with a Power Bank company like Mophie. They trimmed down the battery so you'll buy a case with built in battery, then a percentage of that sale will be given to Samsung. This equates to more profit to both Samsung and that company.
3. No microSD means you'll buy the version with bigger capacity. This means more profit again.

And sumsung barttery also low consumption.
I am using huawei mate 7 gold version for one year. 4g dual sim 32gb internal and 64 gb ssd card i m using and my 3g network all day working and browsing gaming and music videos .2 days of battery timing

It is a step backwards with respect to Note 4, since they removed the possibility of increasing memory storage via microUSB, which have in the Note 4 32Gb + 128Gb (microUSB) = 160GB versus 64GB Note 5. Moreover, the Note 4 has interchangeable battery, compared to Note 5, which must to be serviced for replacement. The only advantage of Note 5, is the 30% increase in processor speed. The Note 5 is the only "Note" only exceeds the "S" (s6) range in the pen. While the Note 4 was better to S5, and s4 Note 3 than in speed. Then it seems that Samsung would not exceed the s6, to help increase sales of s6. And surely invent a more powerful version of Note 5 a few months, while increasing sales with s6.

I have all the note series am a big fan.
Now its over no removable battery and no SD slot
Am switching to HTC.
