Now we are getting in 2017 , I want to buy a smart phone and I can only buy note 5 not higher phones than note like s7 .. what's your opnion go for note 5 or buy a new mid ranged device like A8 , A9 things like that ?
as note 5 is getting older as you know 2015 production !
Please help me decide

Please lnform shall I buy Samsung galaxy note 5. I am from India. Need a phone which is reasonably fast with good battery and last for more than a year. Don't need it for gaming but for business purposes. Screen should be good for reading.

Note5 is very good device. I think Samsung should produce 128gb DS version of Note5 of different colors immediately to regain its lost ground due to Note7 debacle.

Galaxy Note 5 - as experience always interbet priblems, a lot a call list that phone not recognize, Note 3 was better for me.

Please don't try to generalise it. Note 5 is far far better than S7. Those who are interested to buy note 5 please don't hesitate. go for it.

S8 is coming up.very fine.But still Note will be again a year. Audio quality ,display,look, Spen, and in EXACT vivid color production it's Awesome and better than My S7E.
Btw upgrading your system Google app will give you Better Google Now Assistant, and top of that Download Google keep and Allo, give all accessibility.

Dont buy Galaxy note 5. it has a common issue with its display. I bought one fone on last september and the display bcame blurred ; later i came it was ink spreading in their words. how ever it never fell down since i bought. with in a day the display bcame blank and black. i went to service centre they said its physical damage and might have fell down. i am the person who has to say whether fell or not... they didnt service ma fone under guarantee . i had to spend 11000 to repire it with in a month i bought. how pathetic. THE REAL THING I WANT TO SAY IS THIS MODEL HAS AN ISSUE NAMED DISPLAY PRESSING EVEN WITH A SMALL PRESSURE IN OUR POCKET. AND SOME SHOPS SAID EDGE DOESNT HAVE THIS ISSUE. what ever they shwoed me alot of fones there in private service center when i went to enquire abt this model. I was using samsung galaxy s2 and i might i say its still working properly and am satisfied with this model even 4 years back.

Maybe you can go for the Asus Zenfone, Samsung Galaxy A7[2016] or other smartphone.
