this is android issue with upgrade, I think you might need to un-install all apps then upgrade then install them back.

Dex-PV:
I use Samsung Galaxy Note 5 dual SIM SM-N9200. Originally its OS is Lollipop 5, I found the option "4G" for both SIM card in "Mobile Networks" menu. However, after I upgraded my phone to Marshmallow 6.0.1, the "4G" network disappears from both SIM Cards.
When I try to enable VoLTE on home screen, it shows: "VoLTE is not supported by your current software version."
Certainly, Samsung Galaxy Note 5’s hardware supports 4G mobile network.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem, Please help me. Thanks a lot.

My phone is locked with globe, but I want to use my Smart data plan but the phone only allows me to use the Globe's data plan. I can use the Smart sim for call and texts but that's it. Is there a way to go around this problem? Thanks.

AnonD-550591, 19 Jun 2016Hi, question to Philippines users of note 5. My phone is gl... moreIf the first sim slot is locked on globe use the second sim slot. If you want to use lte on the smart sim you can change it via sim card manager in the settings menu. Note: you can't use lte on both sim cards at the same time, one sim will automatically go to 2g.

AnonD-550591, 19 Jun 2016Hi, question to Philippines users of note 5. My phone is gl... moreYou cannot use Smart sim alone. It will always look for the globe sim since it is locked to this network. Wait for your plan to mature, globe will be the one to "open" the line for you. That's my issue before, the technician explained it to me. Also i think it is not safe to have it "open-line" with technicians as they need to root the phone. I spoke with a cp technician and he said it is not advisable. Not sure if Rsim will work.
