yeah right , 30 Dec 2017yeah i agree why pepole say there screen bleeds my has not bled 1People Saying because they have an issue. their devices resembling like cheap Chinese phones. Answer of why = just search on google (Note 8 Light leakage or bleeding) and read, hope you will understand why people complaining about it.

Light leakage is a real issue, In faulty devices it is visible enough. light leakage can be seen easily i.e left part and upper part of the front camera. if it is not light leakage and it is spreading or illumination of light because of curved screen then it should be spread or illuminate from all sides but fact is that this light leakage is not because of curved screen. it is because of poorly manufactured NOTE 8

Aadrian , 30 Dec 2017My Note8 has this so called light bleeding. It is noticeabl... moreExactly. And you have to look at an extreme angle. It's light refracting from the illuminated pixels to the edge of the curved glass.
It would mean that this "issue" existed since the first curved display. You have to be in a pitch black environment just to see it at an awkward angle.
This thing also happens to the edges of a glass protector. It's a stupid "issue" that these non-Note users are complaining about.

My Note8 has this so called light bleeding. It is noticeable in pitch dark situations with the screen brightness turned on at the full 100%. My eyes are blinded in that case and therefore I will never use the phone on full brightness in the dark. When in the dark, my eyes prefer a very low brightness to comfortably look at the screen. Now I do not know how others use their phone in dark circumstances, but in my case I do not even notice it at all. And to be honest I could not care less. My Note FE has the same, by the way.

Does your guys lockscreen lag when you press the power button to turn the screen on? Like, it would light up the screen but notifications would show up half a second after the screen is lit

Please Technicians, bring back INFRARED PORT (IR-Blaster).
I don't have any problems with fingerprint location either. Send also 256 GB versions to NAMIBIA/RSA. I wanted 256GB version but has to be satisfied with 64 GB for now.

For all the talk about the Note8 having a bad fingerprint reader location, if you use one with a case (and I really don't know many people that don't use cases) the cutout for the camera/reader is usually a perfect tactile guide. I have had mine since it came out, and I haven't had any problems hitting the lens at all. In real life use it almost works better than the thumb readers, since my index finger is always pretty much aligned correctly when using the cutout as a guide.

Now,, It is clear that Samsung Can not manufacture a fault free NOTE. Light Leakage/ Light Bleeding from the different parts of the device is a huge manufacturing fault. NOTE 8 Looks a very cheap phone when using in low light environment.
