Hi guys. I need note 8 owners opinion pls. Is it just me who finds the headset akg really bad? The sound quality is very vague. I compared to my other headset and its really a huge difference. Let me know cause maybe my headset is broken so i can ask for replace. Thanks

Also lol at this anonymous 5 year old boasting about his precious huawei mate 10 at the note8 page. Yeah. Clearly your insecure ego needs acknowledgment that your personal preferences are justified. News flash, true note users couldn't care less about the mate 10. The simple fact that it doesn't have a stylus already makes it non viable for us.
We don't care about cat18 lte with speed increases that will not be noticed anyway.
We don't care about ir blasters since we're not lazy people sitting in front of the tv all day. We're productive citizens actually utilizing the features of the note to the fullest in our lines of work. Something no other phone can help us with.
We don't care about a few centimeters difference in the location of the fingerprint sensors. We're not egotistical toddlers demanding every little detail in our lives be to our liking.
We don't care about megapixel count or having the best camera in a smartphone as long as it's already excellent in its own right. We don't brag about having the best things in life because we have much more important things to do than act childish and pathetic.
So go away. Play with kids your age and stay off the internet your parents are working hard to pay off.

Iris scanner will not work in dark condition.
Iris scanner will not work with eye glasses on.
Iris scanner will not work when wearing full faced helmet.
Iris scanner more often fails before unlocking the phone.
Iris scanner cannot be used when the phone is lying down without leaning to align your ugly face in front. LOL!

The two S8 models already carry the all the features from the Note7 except the S Pen. Samsung has intentionally priced the Note8 exceedingly high to push more people to getting a S8/S8+. It's a strategy. Typical people don't need the S Pen. People citing other phones as better are people who aren't S Pen users. It doesn't make sense to abandon the Note series so you can get even lower specs and features.

It's storm-ready, and more reliable during emergencies. Even my $74 OtterBox Defender case is overkill protection than me paying for a $300 cracked screen replacement from a drop. Minimalist cases just won't give any sort of best protection.
No compromises. No hesitations on heavy rains, and it's an assurance an accidental drop will never break the silly back glass construction that I have heavily criticized on the Note.5. The front raised bottom and top has the both raised plastic and rubber design in preventing even a glass protective layer.
Overkill is always good.
