Yeah...i think that samsung should really lessen the curves on the Galaxy Note 8...to avoid common errors in typing...browsing...etc.

One of the major improvements Samsung should bring with the Note 8 is the battery power. Note 5s are terrible.
I have not used an edge phone yet, but I can imagine how difficult it is to hold the phone, Samsung should bring edge and non edge Note 8s. The smaller bezels are enough for a business phone. Having both bezelless and the edge display is just too much interference to productivity.

Rookee13, 07 Apr 2017Been using my note 5, waiting for the note 8 (skipped the 7... moreLikely the Note 8 will be edge only (same as the galaxy S8) that being said I went from the S6 edge to the S7 edge (waiting on my pre ordered S8 to arrive :) ) and the curve has become considerably less sharp and prominent each phone so you may be forced into it but it will probably feel a lot smoother this time around

My Note 8 camera will still be better than the Note 8. SO why should I even bother upgrading after these specs? Looks like I will not be missing match if I keep my Note 4. Plus, I can always get a new battery when it stops finally holding a charge like it did 2 years ago, and I put a 10,000mAh battery and now it lasts for days. Yeah, my Note 4 will still be the best Note over all Samsung devices still. No way I am upgrading. And that whole edge screen sucks. It makes phone impossible to hold and easier to crack the screen if it drops on it's side. They did it on purpose to force customers to buy new phones because the phone screen will crack much faster.

Xmaster, 03 Apr 2017The note 8 will be the best phone to date. Can't wait!Been using my note 5, waiting for the note 8 (skipped the 7) and tonight using the S7 edge that I don't like... Nowhere to hold the phone because of the "edges"...

The next big step is probably devices with flexible screens but that will certainly have teething problems and is still a few years away from anything decent.

I am literary waiting for this since Note 7. Was suppose to buy that but didn't because of the battery issue. Have a broken Note 3 (fixed recently kinda) an upgrade from this to note 8 would be AMAZING. Samsung I LOVE YOUR NOTE SERIES PLEASE DO NOT LET ME DOWN, GO ALL OUT ON THE SPECS AND EXPERIENCE!!!
And please stop pricing it so high. I'm seeing the pricing trend since S6. Now you are almost pricing like Apple. That's a bummer

Note 4 still the best phone on this line, because Note 4 have:
1) Infrared port,
2) dedicated microsd slot,
3) removable battery,
4) plastic back panel (not glass) i can throw this phone on hard surfaces and didn't afraid the glass will broken
5) i have 3 batteries in my pocket and i can change in anytime in a few seconds, and i dont need powerbank.
