My Galaxy Note 3 is working perfectly with a super cheap extended (removable) battery. So no plans to change it very soon.

Ignoring fm radio and recording is a Big Mistake. And it should be illegal not being able to get the news by the lack of data links coverage , specially under any disaster situation .

Most of what was available was the 32GB across many countries. It HAD NO memory expansion. Pretty terrible. Samsung should have even made at least a 128GB version, and sold EVERYWHERE.

If you would like the best possible phone on all markets. I suggest always sticking with the Samsung Note 5. I run my entire company from this phone for years. Not one issue ever. I unfortunately found out from an insider that the Samsung Note 7 was going to be a bust before it was announced on the market. Unfortunately they have a bunch of bitter employees that made all these defects happen on purpose. The Samsung 8 will defendantly be the top dog on the market. But the kicker is you can get basically the same results with a Note 5. Don't be fooled. There will most likely will never be a Note 9 as they run into minor issues again. But not as bad as the Note 7. After the Note 8 is annoced. Soon. You will not see the Note 10 for about 4 years. They have the 10 now but who would ever believe me on this. Again the Note 9 will be a debacle mark my words. Don't be fooled by the reality most people see. We are in one very large video game. Just like when we play Xbox or Playstation which in reality are the same product. There games are 1 billion times better. Happy New Year to all. Best of luck,

I wanted to buy the A2 (2017) because it supports 2 SIMs and dedicated SD slot, But I need at least 64 GB Internal Memory and Stylus for my rapid work.

Can SAMSUNG offer such 2 SIM slots and dedicated SD slot in its coming NOTE 8 ??

Original batteries cost some $22, while a Zerolemon 10,000mAh battery cost $60. Triple batteries = $66. ZL 10,000mAh = $60. Plus ZL comes with a protective case. Trust me, I have all of the cradle chargers for Notes 1 to 3:

I used to change batteries for the first 3 years of using Galaxy Note. Then a local distributor offered ZL products. My point is, a removable battery system gives you the power to check for defects in the form of slight bulges - it's a sure indication that you need to change to a newer battery. All of my old Galaxy Notes have been passed down to family members who don't need the latest. All is needed is to get fresh batteries.

But ofcourse for a heavy user like you it makes sense..

Josephkarthic, 24 Jan 2017Ok do you think you can really get a genuine battery for ol... moreAll my batteries are original. I buy from real Samsung stores. My original Note 1 battery lasted a year, after it started showing battery fatigue due to very heavy use - always connected to data, Bluetooth earphones, and then charge the spent battery with a desktop battery charger at home. I used to cycle 3 batteries.

Then I started using Zerolemon 10,000mAh extended battery on my Note 3, and it sure eliminated my changing the battery every late afternoon. I can use my Galaxy Note without worrying to charge during my waking hours. I can use up to 2 to 4 GB daily of data daily on LTE.

Using the same amount of data, my experience with the Note7 forces me to connect to a powerbank daily.

With Zerolemon, my Note 3 is 20mm thick, and weighs twice more. But NOTHING beats having triple battery capacity without the need of carrying a powerbank/charger/changing batteries. The extended battery DIRECTLY powers my device, unlike inefficiently having to charge the sealed battery. Nothing beats reliability than trying to blend in with the impracticality of thin phones.

I had a Note 1 (N7000) and after 2 yrs the battery was still great but as a precaution I bought 3 batteries in amazon and all of them are fake..in my opinion the original battery which comes with phone last really long for atleast 3+ years, by the time we will want a new phone... :)

Would still want a Note 4 for its utilitarian with its removable battery, and not worried about not being able to change the battery if it's time to change to a new one.

We don't care how thin you make the phone. We want a removable battery and a SD card slot or will buy one that does. You would think after note 7 they would just automatically be smart enough to figure that out. Most people have a case around their $700 phone we don't car about 2 millimeters of more slimness, so don't try to be like apple or we will by another Android or but buy an iphone. You will lose 40% of your market if you make the Note 8 a non replaceable battery
