Aadrian, 07 Mar 2019Ok so I'm not the only one with this issue after the Pie up... moreAfter learning from others that pie is running good i updated my note 8 but like others i am experiencing similar battery drain issue means battery life has reduced specially in idle mode its draining much faster then older OS version
So will a factory reset solve this problem? If YES than is there any Samsung software that make a complete image of all my data including each and every folder inside my mobile memory and then restore it? Or do i need another Samsung mobile for making backup?

Mohammedradwan, 08 Mar 2019hii guys.....my note8 was going into boot loop after the ba... moretry to factory reset your device from stock recovery. if it doesnot help try to flash a new fresh stock rom. i m also Note 8 user . i also stucked in bootloop during root process . i tried to reset it but not worked .so i just flashed new stocked rom . Android 9 (One UI) . BE CARE FULL . backup your important data .ur contact . u will lost everything after this process .

Anonymous, 08 Mar 2019S9 plus . Far better and newer than note 8. More security ... moreNote 8 ain't far behind the S9+, runs on the same software as it's newer brother. I'm using Note 8 since quite some time now and it has been a pleasant experience so far.

I have a problem i got my phone last November on the black Friday sale and since i got it i felt like there's something not working fine with the front camera especially in low light like the picture is blurry or something, until yesterday i met my friend who happened to have a note 8 too and i tested her phone's camera and it was completely different the picture was clear with no blurring so what should i do should i go to the maintenance or what to do??

Anonymous, 03 Mar 2019any idea when the update is in the Philippines?Check your updates manually every day. It took a while for my Note8 too to get the update. I checked it every day since the announcement of the offcial roll-out. Just have a bit more patience I think.

Since I updated to 9.0 Pie, I am unable to set the LED notification light for incoming tekst messages. I think it used to be able in the messages app in settings, but I cannot find it anymore. Or maybe I just don't know where the settings are to be found. However I looked at the LED settings menu and I didn't find anything there too. I have set the LED for whatsapp, but that can be find in the app itself under settings. I thought it was possible in the message app as well before Pie...
