Why do phones keep getting so skinny? It is a pain to use the keyboard with the keys so close together unless you have little sissy fingers. Sure you can go into landscape mode with it but then you lose screen real estate. Bring back the 16:9 ratio phones. Thank goodness there is no notch at least....sigh.
And how about at least two front firing speakers, please. I think the battery is fine for me and now it is rumored to be 4000mAh. But I don't use my phone all day so I understand a lot of people need a bigger battery. If companies would make the batteries user replaceable like the old days Samsung could then offer different sized batteries for the phone and you could pick the size you want. Or at least you could carry a spare battery in your pocket and pray it doesn't set you on fire.
Just like FB, Google, Apple and MS these guys want to data mine and control your user experience. Do you folks remember when we used to have freedom with our PCs and our phones?
I should not have sold my Nexus 6P. Newer is not always better.

Nearly every aspect of the Note 9 looks promising. However, Samsung should think about larger battery and endurance rating well above 100 hours. Note8 last less then old Note3/4. Battery is major opportunity for Samsung, that is if company wants to maintain growth. I am counting on all improvements implemented from S9+, such as stereo speaker

El Natan, 23 Apr 2018And they aren't even bad for a flagship device. Just really... moreI've yet to fill up the 6gb of RAM I already have running Android 8.0/Oreo.

Compared to the Galaxy Note 8, running Android 8.0, the Note 9 appears to offer a small, incremental upgrade with its one tenth of inch larger screen (6.4" vs. 6.3), slightly faster processor ( Snapdragon 845 vs. Snapdragon 835), slightly faster camera lens (f1.5 vs f1.7), even slower, video slow motion (720p@960fps vs. 720p@240fps) and 8.1 versus 8.0 version of Android.
While those are all nice features, I was hoping for a more exciting upgrade. Maybe that will come with the Note 10 in 2020. The Note 8, released back in September 2017, however, remains an amazing high end phone.

El Natan, 23 Apr 2018And they aren't even bad for a flagship device. Just really... moreI'd rather have Quick Charge 4+ or even Quick Charge 3.0. $800+ for a flagship that still only uses Quick Charge 2.0 is pathetic and highway robbery. 6 GB of RAM is plenty for my needs and I don't plan on using DeX given the low adoption rate of every program I'd use on the go.

My dream is having an android CPU that bursts with 6400 points single core and like 21,000 multi. And aces all GFXbench with 60 FPS even in 4K. All that in a 5nm fabrication (based on physics limit, the Quantic border) and extremely efficient usage at low Clock speed (like having it ticked at 1.9 GHz to achieve these crazy scores) Octa core.

Qualcomm is practically dominatin... moreSo you want to say if Samsung uses pure Exynos the phone will be twice as pricey as now. I am not a Sammy boy.
I like the best for a best possible pricey.
Like now is released Blackshark from Xiaomi for less than 400 with SD845.
