There is no problem with the screen. I had the same problem and i went to a local service store and they fix a cable inside the device.

I upgraded my device to os to 5.1 since then the network is not working anymore unless I use Wi-Fi to browse any help

Can i order new display for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition
Model: SM -P600
It felt and now it's black screen but still working, i can hear messages so it's the display. Please tell me where to buy new one, i live in Macedonia, Skopje and can't buy it here. Thanks in advance

it's so annoying that I woke up one morning it stopped detecting my sim card only for me to and find out that I have to change the entire board and you know that's not cheap. I hate it.

I m in jaipur india and I purchased p601 through ebay and it was supplied by hongkong seller.
Today when i charged first time the charger got heated and it didn't charge more than 30% in an hour whereas it says to be fast charger.
I plugged the charger as provided into the socket.was it improper, can anybody guide me.

My sm-p601 just started malfunctioning. When I switch on my device,after coming on the screen backlight will go off while the device is still on.no matter what I press,it won't come even if I put a call through to it,the screen backlight won't come whereas the tablet is not off.
I have formatted it,to no avail.the formatting didn't fix the back light issue.right now,my sm-p601 is switched on,but i can't use it.the backlight only comes on when I rebooth the device.plz help,what do I do.I still love my sm-p601.

I totally agree with Yuraqua, this device is awesome. I hope if Samsung still produce Note 10.4 series
