              You should try to insist them to change the motherboard for you.

                Normal screen shot saving only takes 1 or 2 seconds the most.

                So if this issue bother you, you can try factory reset your phone and back up everything first.

But if we look at the specifications than note 2 is equipped with exynos 4412 quad which is quite outdated now, exynos octa is also available now... The note 3 neo contains exynos hexa in which there is a main quad core processor and helping dual core processor... Anyways never used a note 2...

Each and every user installs 3rd party apps and candy crush, xender and other apps are all very common... Just revisit the centre and state them the problem... If it is not cured by a software reinstallation then some IC would have gone faulty... How old is your mobile?

This price drop happens with mostly every samsung flagship... They launch it at a great price because samsung provides newer technology, but as the technology becomes common theyare forced to drop the price... But the major price drop is due to introduction of some chinese brands like xiaomi, lenovo and etc... Their flagships are much cheaper...
