Shhzd amar, 05 May 2015Goto the service centre and state your issue... most probab... moreDear shhzd amar, yesterday I went Samsung service center and i told them my problem (auto restart). after some time he called me nd check my phone and told me that Your phone is restarted due to 3rd party Apps (like- candy crush saga, gioneexender etc) then He told me to do software update. after software update i come my home and i used my phone but suddenly my phone was Auto restart Again..what should i Do...Plz help me friends

Earlier sony stated that only its Z series will get the lollipop update... but now there are many mobiles like T2 ultra etc which are running on the official lollipop update.... It won't be of any use if the company changes its decision....

In 2013 only the tiresome brands like Sony, Samsung, nokia etc were present in the market... Soon after the brands like xiaomi, lenovo, asus etc started releasing their smartphones in the market, the rates have fallen rapidly... I used to owe a grand 2 which was launched at 23k, after 7-8 months its price had dropped upto 14-15k... Comparing to this the note 2's price had not fallen much... Nevertheless this is the neo version of the note 3... Note 3 still prices upto 33k...

Samsung is very bad in updates
previous news in feb tell us to neo going update in lollipop in march but suddenly they tell its update in apr_ may
And one thing the A series listed to updated after neo but A series update is rolling out and samsung not give update to us.

If you insert a functional pendrive, ... more hey khye ,i bought the phone yesterday bt i have a small issue dont many of u are facing it or not . when i take a screen shot the camera takes some time (5,6 seconds) to produce the image saying processing !
why can't it produce instantaneously . how to fix it guys its really annoying

why is the note 3 neo priced so low around 19k in india. Is there some hardware or software issues with this phone that samsung had to price it so low that too considering it bieng note device?
the note2 went lowest to 22k before stocks ran out in nov-2013, if i remember last year when i was planning to buy note2.

because many of u have already may have heard the news about note2 not getting lollipop altough it was in the list few times ago.

If you insert a functional pendrive, your phone will actually automatically open the OTG files and directory.

Factory reset will reset everything settings to default and erase all contents and data.
