Best, 11 Jun 2016Friends, when I went to the phone shop for the Note 4, the ... moreActually mine comes with Marshmallow out of the box, production date Feb. 2016, which according to my research is the last line of Note 4 production. In our local Samsung community forum, some people also got MM out of the box, and their production date is Dec 2016. Some others who bought with production date June 2016 comes with Lollipop. So, I don't know exactly when they started to include MM, at least Dec 2016.
I actually felt very surprised when I checked About Phone, it is written 6.0.1 just after I took it out of the box to check. The first time I turned it on, I had to put several checkboxes for agreements, and connected to Wifi immediately. Within 3 minutes after connected to my Wifi, I checked the About Phone, and found 6.0.1. The only update I got is only a security update, something like 50-60MB.

Friends, when I went to the phone shop for the Note 4, the seller told me that, the Note 4 OS is already 5.0 (Lollipop) but not 4.4.4 (Kitkat). Please, it's true that the Samsung really build Note 4 with Lollipop?

Settings > Display and wallpaper > Touch light duration. Please make sure it's not "always off".
If this is not a cause. I think you should factory reset or bring it to some warranty places to check it.

System settings > Default applications > Device assistant app > Select "Device assistant app" again > Select " Google app" > Done.
Now you can long press home button to start this function.

Everything is working fine with Google Now but the thing is i can't work with Google Now On Tap...I keep pressing the home button but all i see is the Google Now function.
I looked under the settings section but i can't find something about Google Now On Tap
