L doesn't have issues(for my note4) so I suggest try updating it so that it will give LTE network option

You have to upgrade your sim ... moreTnx 4 Ur precious suggestions...but I tried in setting. ..there is no any lte selection. ..nd m using 4g upgraded sim and it's available in my area... but there shuld be lte mode in network selection as u u told....but there is nt...yeah 1 thng that I didn't upgrade from kit kat coz it's running fine...and after upgrade there may be some issue that's why m not upgrading...so pls suggest what to do. ...tnx.

At first, its kinda funny since note4 is still 2 years old and he mentioned he is already using it for 4 years. But when u analyze the situation, he might just want to state that he is actually using the note series for the said timeframe and not the note4 alone.

I am note4 user since 4 years, thought of changing my device to latest model and my friend suggested oppo F1 plus, I was pretty impressed by seeing oppo design and specs so I sold my note4 and guess what... after using oppo for just 5 hours I realized I am in a wrong ship :-( 16mp front facing camera pictures took in oppo is bad compared to note 4 3.7mp camera and with respect to performance oppo is no where front of note4 .. went to shop and exchanged the device to new note4 again!! Thanks to shop guy who agreed to replace oppo with note4 with some small settlement :-D :-D note4 is a king!! Oppo etc and all are like cheap plastic geometry boxes,. !! oppo is fooling people by advertising like selfie expert and bul shit, 16mp front camera, 4gbram, 64gb rom :-D :-D fu oppo... guys stop comparing note4 with these kinda cheap products.. I prefer note 4 over note5 even!!!

I have been using note 4 but it sucks since i upgraded it to lolipop..it restarts itself once in 2-3 days...i think u should go for s6..
S6 has better performance and bettter camera too

Did you upgrade your sim? You have to upgrade your sim to 4g supported
Android 4.4.4 does not support 4g in note 4 so you have to update the phone to android 5/6 to get 4g or lte.check the network mode(settings -connections-more network-mobile network-network mode) it must be gsm/wcdma/lte automode.Finally,check with your network provider that they have 4g in your area

This is important because depending on the country / region the exynos will almost triple on bat usage due to higher lte band consumption . I've got the SD version and it's now 2 years old and still holds at least 6 hrs screen on time which means around 2 days of light to moderate usage . Also check your charger as some chargers do lose power after some time due to wire overuse

After upgrading to Marshmallow, battery draining out very quickly. Looks like phone has a new feature: quick fastdischarging :P
anyone has similar problems?
any suggestions on how to overcome this

Used couple of Samsung note series amdfinally I felt note 4 is theone that I need and beat suits my business.all was working fine till I updated it to marshmallow and my phone is gone for a toss. Surprisingly when u spend 60+k on a phone and this software update ruins the entire life.
When I approach customer care they say it's a know thing and they can't help which was shocking. So now they are still trying to do something with motherboard change and all which again I will haven't end up paying which I am very disappointed.
Now I feel wasting so much money on Samsung ans this chap huh...better to go for Asus or something which will cost 10-15k then u can expect such issues.
Now I am going for Apple and will never ever come back to Samsung.
