First download the drivers of your model, Enable USB debugging and boot it in Download Mode, Try changing cable and/or in another USB port If problem persist. Let me know what happens! ^^

Nirankari, 18 Feb 2016what is the process to download and installing?after instal... moreJust go to the Sammobile website and search for the firmware to Galaxy Note 4 SM N-910G and download the 5.1.1 Australia version. The installation instructions are there on the website itself. Yes you will lose your app data but you can have your contacts, messages and Whatsapp backed up on your Google account. As someone who has been 5.0.1 for a very long time now, 5.1.1 will feel buttery smooth!

The N910C OS is not 64BIT ! Even though it is a 64Bit CPU , Samsung never released 64bit System on it.
and you are lying about the RAM , it does not have 4G of RAM ! 32bit System shows max of 3.5 GB of RAM ! so had it been 4GB as you lied it shoul show 3.5 GB in 32BIT and NOT 3GB !
and The Adreno on the Snapdragon is twice the speed in 3D gaming than the Mali in N910C .

I will be buying IPhone next upgradw, this Galaxy Note 4 sucks. The battery life is crappy, I have to charge every 4 hours, and or carry a battery pack around in addition to this phone. Hubby bought an IPhone on the same day, and he can still go 2 days with no charging, and he streams movies, I dont. I will never buy another Samsung. Samsung won't even help with a battery replacement. Piss on them.

It is better in battery timing
It captures sharp images due to better camera sensor
If it will be unlocked to 64bit then it also unlock 4gb of its ram currently it shows 3gb due to limitations of 32bit android (many of us here dont believe it cause they dont know)
In future knox can be reset to 0 as developers like to work on n910c

Just bought this monster in black, preloaded with Lollipop (5.1.1).
First Impression are mind blowing! A big sharp QHD Display, 16MP OIS Camera, 6440Mah Extended Battery and 128GB MicroSD made my year! ;)
Hope this Monster get Marshmallow update quickly and bug free.

Hi guys
Those with the N-910G India model. As you all know we're still stuck with the 5.0.1 version of Lollipop. I've been waiting for Samsung to bring us up to at least 5.1.1 forget Marshmallow. But that sadly hasn't happened. I recently flashed the N-910G firmware for the Australia unlocked version of 5.1.1 and it works like a charm! The battery back up is better, the phone is a lot snappier and everything works. My suggestion, download the firmware from Sammobile and go for it. It's worth it, trust me.
