My note 4 has been sent away once because it wouldn't charge but when I plugged it in it shows the square with a lightning bolt then it goes away an starts vibrating until I unplug it and it has happened again so I will have to send it away again to get it fixed . I believe I will never get another galaxy . I liked my iPhone so much more better so I am just going to have to wait until my contract ends.

My Note 4 restarts all the time. It is getting worse. It restarted 13 times in the middle of the night! It is less than a year old. My daughter's did the same thing, but hers was in a continuous restart cycle. She had to have hers factory reset and the Verizon store couldn't back up any of her pictures, which she lost. I have already removed my pics just in case. Is this a common problem? Any solutions other than factory reset?

I love only Samsung
Especially Note series
I used all Note series mobiles from Note1 to Note5
Including Note3 Neo
I'm using Note4 yet
Battery drain issue I observed
Plz fix it in 5.1.1 or the successor minor update
Plz do it as early as possible

I received an update on my note 4 days ago.but after updating my phone does not uses wcdma and always uses 4G , due to this my phone battery is draining more also if kept idle in network . Do someone has this issue . Please give suggestions. ..

AnonD-183089, 15 Jan 20165.1.1 update fixed all issues in 5.0.1I've made the decision to leave touchwiz and installed cyanogenmod. I maybe go back to touchwiz when 6.0 gets released.
