There is a delay of few seconds, when you open Gallery from Camera app for checking the photos you have taken. This is present rin 5.0.1 but it is said that this is solved in 5.1,so any 5.1 user on Note 4 can confirm this. Videos on you tube showing 5.1 on Note 4 also stating the same thing.

Maybe you are buying a clone samsung note 4. I have been using Note 4 about 10 months, it's working very smooth. Camera is very good compare to other phone.

My Note 4 SM-N910C is super quick, a pleasure to use with no lagging. It is not giving me any troubles. Camera is quick and very easy to use also. If what you say is true, which I doubt, you have bought yourself a lemon.
