Install the software updates from Setting, charge your battery regularly in a healthy way for a month, all your problem will go away. Happened to all Samsung newly bought phone. 15 days is too short to just assumed anything wrong with it.

Mine sm-N910C has been update to new firmware 5.1.1 yesterday (malaysia). Its really super fast & smooth. Great job samsung.

Subish, 08 Sep 2015* What is the major different in Note4 N910C, N910FD & ... moreThe only difference is Snapdragon and Exynos processor. You can pic whatever variant is available in your region.
And Yes I agree. It is upgrade to note 5 as it has removable battery, sd card and IR Blaster etc.

That's stock gallery app issue. just install quickpic gallery app from playstore which is free. And everything will be fine.
Stock gallery applies a grainy effect on pictures which is weird. IDK if this is just on few units or on all note 4(s).
Rest is perfect so far.
