The note 4 is the worst phone I have ever owned. I am replacing it now finally and am looking forward to taking a hammer to it.
Even with a new battery, it never charges past about 75% and it drains really quickly and starts shutting off without warning at times when it gets below 30 or 40%. When you send a text message the phone can lock up for as long as 20 seconds or more. Really makes having a text conversation loads of fun. It constantly butt dials which is a continual source of embarrassment, especially since I use it for work. The screen is not very sensitive, making touch control really difficult at times.
Overall I would say it is worse than a piece of garbage. Don't be tempted to get a used one thinking you can have a good phone for cheap. With my experience with this phone and hearing about phones catching fire and exploding in people's pockets, I am staying clear of Samsung phones in the future.

i have note 4 last 2 year but it hanging sometime when you playing game or watching tv

2 months after the warranty expired the phone give me emmc failure, the motherboard must be changed, samsung ask me 200£ to repair it. i understand this is normal problem. i will never buy again a mobile phone costing £800. is like renting the phone for £400 per year. samsung disappointed me. now a new note4 on ebay cost £200.

I am very happy with NOTE 4. I have Iphone 8 plus, but the display on Note 4 is better.

Note 4 shows device is over heating.apps will be closed.. message, but the phone is not warm and even at idle time. Any solutions??? Thanks in advance

Surely the best smartphone made by Samsung till 2017. I don't change for none of these actual "edges" phones.Awasome camera, great performance and great display.And very,very others positive characteristics.

I purchased a note 4 from a friend of mine but the phone switches off when the battery i on 40%,changed the battery and its doing the same.Does someone know what can be the problem?

Other then that i still love it. Great phone! Still going strong after so many years. I'm always customizing it. I change the launcher, icons, wallpapers. The majority of games play well.
