All my friends have got the lollipop update on their N910H but evrytime i check for update on mine it says " you already have the latest updates "

After I bought a very expensive gadget, that for the beginning had network connections problems, after Android update it became almost usles, you suggest me to not blame the Samsung? Are you serious? Who's fault is it? I gave them all the money for a premium gadget, not the half of the money. And by opinion I have to run all over to fix this issue? Thank you for your concern!!! The conclusion for me is that I have now ordered a Note 4 Edge with a waterproof case, a spare battery, and a 64GB SD card. Here's why - This thing ships with android 4.4.4 and a snapdragon 805 processor, and is proven technology that others are reporting works well. I am interested in the new 64 bit processors also, but there is currently no software available for them yet. For what I will be using my outfit for, this technology is good enough to buy now. I really NEED to upgrade now because I am using a very modest windows phone, and it is very beneficial for me personally to upgrade now. Please keep us posted with your decision process. No need to bash the brand. Just take the phone to the samsung service centre and your problems will be solved.

Never update OS after purchasing. Your phone was optimised for its performance by samsung before unboxing but after that do it your own risk !!

Update your note 4 to lollipop from service center. After updating just format your memory card and format the phone too and start using the phone. You will love it. Those who have updated it from ota or wifi just go to the service center and do the software update and format memory card as well as phone and see the difference.

My God,I have onother issue with my Note 4...
I just find out the NFC dosn't work enymore too. I am absolutely astonished how bad works my Note 4 after the latest Android version update. I am wondering what kind of other bad surprises will find out. This gadget became a garbage, a very expensive one... It is absolutely outrageous! I am very sad and I posibly will change the brand of my next gadget!
