Hi, guys! I am from Philippines. I've been using this phone for almost 4 months and it runs smoothly. However, I can't update its OS to Lollipop. What to do? THANKS.

I had this phone for more than 2 month and it was working very smooth till i updated to V 5.0.1
after that the battery gone crazy it cant stand for half of the day before the update it was stand for entire day

okay so i have note 4 SM-N910H so how do i find out if my phone work with Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 or Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 or Quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A57?
Also how do i find out if my SM-N910H works with Adreno 420 or Mali-T760?

battery think is great !over all not finding anything bad with phone, Granddaughter is mad though after up grading on line LOST the kids mode, Went on like asked EVERYONE got no reason but " I don't know " its gone on all phones Kind of mad when I got the phone a month ago thought I was paying for kids mode also when paying for phone! NOT FAIR !

i received updatde yesterday installed... after updat my note4 drain battery too fast almost every 2 min drain 1 percent What can cause this problem and while calling after lollipop update voice is very sharp but noticed disturbing noise and sometime echo... any suggest...? please
