the customer services samsung in egypt is very bad
i have samsung galaxy note 4
and i Discovered some problem
1. the device is very hot in short time
2. Showed Message (insert sim card) but the sim card working in another device
i send the phone to samsung egypt to making a Test (in 3/3/2015)
i should get my phone in (9/3/2015)
Told me
your phone have a Big problem in screen
when i ask about problem
told me (some problem in color in screen)
when Asked to seeing my phone
(OPS) my screen so dark ( not working )
(so professional engineering)
when send my phone with problem get me some problem (gifts)
I paid 5950 Egyptian Pound for some mistakes phone

Fantastic phone in all occasions but.... disappointed by Samsung due to delayed updates (Lolipop), they just forget there customers even after we have bought so much expensive device. I had the similar experience with Samsung S3 , Samsung S3 4g , Samsung note 2 , Samsung S4 and samsung galaxy note 3... But still as I am a loyal samsung customer I do the same mistakes again and again.
I have only one message to Samsung mobiles PLEASE don't forget us as soon as you launch a new device because this is the reason your business is on roller coaster to losing the customers.

The botton home is not smooth sometime...i dont know why that happen...?? Anyone has the same problems as mine?? Will have any better way to solve that?

Got my note4 last December.. I am a samsung lover, have never tried any other models except for Samsung since the very 1st day I started to use phones. To be honest, there is nothing great as expected and it is like any other ordinary phone. The battery finishes fast as usual, the fingerprint sensor can be unlocked by my friends. All you have to do is to keep pressing and moving your finger for 1-3 minute=and it unlocks!! The phone hangs a lot. This is so dissapointing and yeah I have to restart my phone so that it could function better in terms of making calls, surfing and so on. NOT WORTH paying 2.5K for toyphones!!!!
