I suggest you to take it to Samsung customer care iff you have warranty. Acc. To me backup of my Note 4 is very good.....After full charge I use phone like playing games, browsing, whatsapp hike, watch youtube videos, my mobile keep using data through wifi most of the time, so my usage is very much then also my phone managed to give me satisfactory backup of 16-17 hours. If I don't use mobile much then it expands to 2-3 days.
Have you tried resetting your phone?

AnonD-358734, 01 Feb 2015How much battery life you are getting?Im working at night shift and my phone is fully charged by 9.20 pm before i leave to work and not it is 05.43 am and my battery is 33% left . Only thing i did was whatsapping and took some photos. Which i feel is quite disappointing for me. I kept my brightness at the lowest point though it is set as Auto.

I've been using the Note 4 since the middle of November and I'm a power user. Email constantly, never-ending text message threads and upwards of 100 voice minutes a day, and I only have had one complaint. The drop down menu featuring 'S Finder' and 'Quick Connect', but it's easy enough to get over. Otherwise the Note 4 has been responsive and fluid in all that I do. There is the rare occasion that it will stutter for a split second after boot up, but otherwise it's been phenomenal.
Although, the small update that Canada got OTA has caused me an issue. After the update, my phone would randomly drop it's data connection. I would have to turn off and turn back on the phone to get connection again. But, I booted in recovery mode and cleared the cache partition and that solved my problem, so I'm happy as a clam with my phone.
For anybody who is looking for a power device that can go all day with heavy use, I would have to say that this is it. Using the S Pen to jot down quick notes has been excellent, and I've even tapped into my artistic side with some doodling. Admittedly, using the pen for games has also been quite a bit of fun.

KD, 02 Feb 2015the human eye can only process up to 12MP so...you know...n... moreSo? when you take a picture digitally you dont take it to put it only backround on your screen ..you want to zoom in , re size it , edit it ,.....ok you stay to take pictures on 12 MP ...i prefer 100Mp ..the 100mp has better sharpness ...

The Model SM-N910C Is better for loading apps and smooth and fastest but not better in some games is problem of the fps graphic video game or crash is incompatible processor (Exynos). The Model SM-N910S is better for gaming becaues Snapdragon (Qualcomm) is compatible with some more games and apps and very fastest in games but not fast in loading some apps or games and smooth at both models. I Prefer SM-N910C.SM-N910C and SM-N910S is both 4G models , SM-N910S is more better for 4G. Thanks For Samsung For More Variants For This Is Device.

Sorry for my bad English. .
I have note 4 and I had a 64 GB memory card it works well yesterday i bought 128 GB Memory Card out of box and it show 125 gb not 119 gb .. when placed inside some movies and files for me ..I watched full movie, but shortly afterwards I did not find any files on it and everything wipe Now i put my old Card and got the same problem how can i solve this problem please help me. ...
