If the output DC Volt is 9V so you you should use the same specs when you need to charge your battery.
So if you use a power bank with output DC Volt = 5V you won't be able to charge your note 4 as the voltage drop on your battery will be less than designed.
and If you use such as charger/power bank with volt = 15 V
then it will harm your battery and decreases battery life time.

The Samsung and android have many potential and yet compare to apple. They are still sink. I hate this I love the note 4 but the Samsung account ask me to accept and use the Thai language while I am visit there. What the hell? And android apps are a bunch of joke. They have many potential unlike apple. But well, the lesson has been learn the hard way. It is the matter of time until apple has the stylus of their own and I am to ditch the Samsung and android. Search Google if you don't agree or you can own one like I do now. You will feel left out. No update no everything. And don't talk about root like it is the ultimate changes. That's the ducking legend. I would say get iPhone but not this dough iPhone 6 or 6s but the other next iPhone. Everything is just about money nowadays. Even you have money. Nothing can satisfy you and me.

Meantime, for those who invest time and a bit of patience in unlocking the fullest potentials of a Galaxy Note, we're getting our money's worth. Yeah, there are people like you who don't need the convenience of the extra stuff that you get from root. I'm pretty sure you don't need to be a programmer to do it. There's YouTube. There are so many articles about it.
I can restore everything back to the original if I need to, or even update everything without tripping Knox or invalidate my warranty. This is what Android is all about - customization, not limitation.

Can anyone help me i have a lil problem now i need to buy a power bank and the output of note 4 charger is 9v and all the power banks give output 5v so there is any problem to use powerbank 5v for my note 4 or its normal ? Waiting anyone to answer me

Rooting the phone has many advanteges eeven i have a note 4 u will root it bevause rooting the device make u have many thing u need. I were think that i understand every think en androud but rooting learn me that i was know nothing. Btw dont root ur phone only if u know what are u doing cuz there are many programs that cause problems to ur phone. And sorry for bad language

If you don't understand the benefits or even simplified methodology of how to root, don't bother. Don't even comment.
The advantages of root in the way I use my devices are:
*I can delete those pesky bloat systems apps carriers add.
*Backup apps and their data instantaneously than having to wait to download install everything.
*Make apps you want as systems apps so there's people can't erase security apps like Cerberus by a systems reboot.
*Use apps like Greenify to hibernate pesky apps like FB Messenger from connecting all the time so you don't waste power.
*Be able to use Tasker's full functionality for some automation.
*Be able to use Remodroid app to remote mirror another Android device.
*Extract apps and install them to another rooted device.
There are more, but these are what serves me. You're wrong about your assumptions about people rooting lower spec devices so it can perform like a Note. Hardwarewise, they can't. Rooting a powerful device like a Note makes it with the money spent on it, than with the limitations of stock.
You are just a regular user.
