After i buy a new battery from the trusted seller. They said this battery like original. But when i use it the phone got switch off even if the battery full. After i buy original battery from samsung shop. Now its working properly.

Hello everyone. Im a Note 3 user for more than 3years. But i got bored using it. Im about to buy an used Note 4. I found both 910C exynos and 910F Snapdragon versions. My questions is: which version should i buy?
Is it worth upgrading my self with the Note 4 or not?
If not any phone suggestion between low and mid budget phones.

Hello i am using note 4 smn910g i cant install my jio app from play store when i download it and try to install my device security says this app is malware and donot allow to install. My security patch level is july 2017

With old battery it was re-starting again and again suddenly. I change the battery. It solve my problem a little bit. Frequent re-start stopped but it start going off suddenly. For re-starting i have to connect with charger and start again or disconnect the battery and place it again and then switch on. Any body can tell me the solution?

I have enough accessory spares to keep my phone working even after 2020.

It is the symptom of motherboard fault at starting stage. This fault occurs if you frequently drop the sevice where the shock gets transferred from top to.bottom layer that affects the motherboard. My phone was under Indian Rs.8300 Samsung extended warranty (till 10th May 2019). So they replaced it for free. After replacing, the display glass got seperated from its case. I asked why. The service person told me that the persons at mobile phone sales shops spray the thinner directly on the device (before sticking the tempered glass) instead of spraying it on a cloth and then wiping. Also avoid pressing your phone hard (keeping it inside a tight pant pocket and sitting on a bus seat).
Replace your motherboard soon. Backup your data before giving for service.

MM uses more resources and more power it's what Steve Job calls planned obsolescence.
I suggest you get another battery if that's possible.
I bought a new battery from Samsung 5 weeks ago.
I also read about a third party making Note 4 battery, now whether they're reputable is anybody guess but maybe that's the only alternative you've got.
BUY a battery immediately if possible and update to the July 2017 but not the last update which I read is buggy and isn't as battery efficient.

But there are possible of battery wear off, after daily re-charges which already exceed 500 times recharge for 3 years.
If battery is weak, then the power may tend to shut down &or reboot by itself.
Many do not consider battery issue after using 3 years with so many recharging done.

mike, 11 Aug 2017I had my note 4 since it came out and never ran into any pr... moreNot sure if this is a Samsung thing. My S3 was doing the same thing just before it died a few weeks ago. So make sure you have a recent backup of all your stuff before it doesn't turn on again. It is not the battery. We have 2 other S3 in our family and they all showed the same symptoms before they died. You can try and do a hard reset by holding the power, volume and menu button together. You can find the procedure on the web.

I had my note 4 since it came out and never ran into any problems. About a month ago my phone would randomly restart and also it would work slow... Anyone else have this problem? Do you think a new battery would help??

Let me re-iterate for you: I am not asking you (or any Note 4 owner who has a working device) to abandon your (his/her) Note 4. But my suggestion is for a potential new buyer who is looking for buying a new device. Note 4 should not be on the list for the reasons I mentioned earlier.

I am not as greedy like you expecting all new versions for Note 4. Be happy with what you have. The truth is that some of the latest mid range Samsung phones run with android 7.xx. Why can't Note 4?. Samsung shows partiality in this regard.
