1. water resistance is not necessary; not being a lousy owner is.
2. usb 2.0 is plenty adequate for most file transfers. charging with the note 4's adapter is already quicker than the note 3's usb3.0 charger so that's another advantage off the latter's already minimal list.
3. the dual-flash is more of a subjective aspect so to each his own.
4&5. tiny details that you can't help thinking people are making a bigger deal out of just for the sake of complaining.
6. while i agree it's expensive, it's around $840 where i'm from. tough luck to you i guess.

i have this 910c version of note 4 here in ph. i cant really understand y so many people talking about lag in note 4 i didnt experience it even just once!!! this phone is superfast y r u talking about that? what version of note 4 lag? because mine is just ao good.

I keep hearing 'lag' and when it comes down to it we are talking 1-2 seconds max. Have some realistic expectations. Even my tv sometimes doesn't change channels instantly.

Note 4 isnt a great device,im disapointed. That poor white bacground instead of deep black is really awful. One of the s pen funkcions from note 3 is missing here,on note 4. No usb 3.0 like on note 3,but ony 2.0. I dont like camera,pictures are blured. And everything else is just like note 3:same 5.7 inches screen,same 3gb of ram,etc. But i hope,note 5 will be much,much better.

No dual flash
No wireless build in out of the box.
No Lollipop out of the box
Extremely expensive $970
Finally you bought the Note 4, how much did you buy it? Because people are busy lying here it is $700.

After a couple of weeks use of the note 4 I would like to give some advice to people that are considering on purchasing the phone .
The good :
- excellent multitasking abilities and functions
- s note is a handy feature but laggy at times
- excellent camera in good light condition
- excellent screen resolution and vivid color
- nice design a good looking handset
The cons :
- lags at times when using the phone , slow camera response at times
- the metal band scratches easily , hairline scratches
- camera shots are below average in low light condition and weak flash .
Summery :
Samsung note 4 is a great phone with many features , that not many on the market can compare . The laggish user experience is the main kill for this phone , as it's not on par with its hardware specs and some what disappointing that with years of Samsung experience they still could optimize there system . Camera is still poor under low light this issue has always been there in every Samsung phones . Hoping Samsung will role out an update to fix the fluity and speed of the phone . Note 4 is a good phone that does everything , but does it do everything superbly?? .... That we'll need to wait for future firmware update .

For the record I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Upgraded to Android 4.4.2)
... Skipped the Note 3 as it had a Exnos in India and The snapdragon then was a better chip.
Samsung the message to you is we in India don't care which chip - Exnos / Snapdragon - we just want the best if we are paying top of the line prices. - Simple as that.
Looks like I will skip the Note 4 too for the reasons I have outlined so many times - No 64 bit in India , no stereo speakers , No IP protection yada yada yada
I hope sami get it right with the note 5
