Android 4.4 doesn't enable the full power of 64 bit architecture.
Don't worry though. Exynos 5433 will still beat all other chips even on android 4.4. The main thing is that on android L, it'll be even faster than android 4.4 as android l supports 64 bit architecture.
The statement should be more like this: Android 4.4 can't utilise the full power of exynos 5433.

When you get the phone you're crazy about these gimmicks for a few days.. later what you really want....
A good camera.
high quality video support.
Good voice call clarity.
long lasting battery back up.
Quality music output (on earphone too)
I don't want UV rays and baro meter ...lol

And I would personally go for a 5.3"-5.5" with super-small bezels. My point is, unfortunately, nothing is perfect.
