AnonD-20890, 07 Dec 2016Then do not blame Note 4 later on. Stop using custom ROMs.Please shut up if you don't know anything about custom rom. Note 7 rom is the best rom ever for any note device. watch some videos reviews and feel the efferent.
Note 7 issue was because of hardware not related Rom.

Hello note 4 user i want to ask question i m using note 4 Sm-910c since 1&half year didnt face any problem till today my os vertion is lolipop 5.1.1 is doing well should i update marshmallow 6.1 is there any bad in marsmallow on note 4 or stay in lolipop 5.1.1 answer will be most apretiated thanks

I think ur phone is an old phone with new packing plz replace the phone by warranty card if possible and if not then u have to replace charging ic

Anonymous, 04 Dec 2016Im a note 5 user and decided to buy note 4 after I lost it.... moreIt shuts down due to heavy usage and overheating , if your phone blocks your mobile networks suddenly then it is probably been heavily used , battery is low and is heated , these are the symptoms and facts that your phone may turn off
Solution - as soon as you see mobile network is blocked close everything and put on stand by . It will become normal in some moments as it gets cooled down.
But this shut down problem only happens when you it is being used heavily in low battery.
Disable fast charging it affects the battery.

Is your note 4 brand new? If yes then report this to service centre if its second hand then check the battery it might need replacement.

i bought note 4 yesterday i didnt use it still, but i woke up found it switched off due to battery low, and i sleplt only 6 hours leaving it on 48%, also these 52 % was drained very fast before my sleeping, does this phone have a battery problem ?!!!
