I have loved my note 2 and later my note 4. The past 4 months I have had nothing but problems. My phone is constantly restarting itself. Sometimes it resets and most of the time it goes into download mode or freezes up on reset. I updated again this morning and its actually gotten worse. I am so mad I am in a contract and can't go back to iphone without paying a penalty. I am so disappointed in Samsung. I have gotten several people to switch to Samsung. Now I feel bad about it. Sprint just reflashes the phone which does nothing.

The got new phone model N910A that is defective. The phone device does not turn on. It only shows black screen with Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on it and from there it turns off automatically.
