HI I've the SM-N9100 with a serious problem, it keeps crashing, especially when using the camera. The only way to start it again is to take the battery out or put it on a charger. Tried to get some help from Samsung UK but they just keep fobbing me off. I've replaced the battery but no use, anyone had similar problems? it's close to getting thrown against a wall!

But touch wood I have been using the Note 4 for about 4 months now non stop heavy use and there is not a single problem. I guess if we avoid physical damage by protecting the phone from dropping from high places, liquid damage, putting a Tempered Glass Screen protector, Transparent back cover to prevent scratches, etc the phone will be in good condition. No internal software of hardware problems as of now. Phone is smooth and fast almost as still brand new as of now.

4G works excellently on Note 4 duos. I am using 4 G in one SIM and 2 G in another.

As regards your query on whether 4G is there in the Note 4 Duos, YES the Note 4 Duos works with 4G excellently. I am using 4G now. Perfect and no lag at all. Speed is fantastic.

For your kind information warranty is on the papers only. Even if your phone's software is irreparable you will not get a new set but you can repair it 365 times till your warranty last. This has happened to my note 3. Samsung is not the Samsung of 3-4 years back.
