My experience with the seller is that delivery is prompt, response to delivery schedule is prompt, product is genuine imported,... Like some one commented here... Maybe I got lucky. But I think 40 k isn't a big deal and we also have to accept that this awesome Note 4 duos is simply not available in India...

AWESOME..... I bought the Dual SIM Note 4 for 40 K on Ebay. Intial Chinese language needs to be changed to English .. Take help from You Tube video .. piece of cake there.
The Dual SIM Note 4 experience is:
Pros:
1. Awesome specs.. Display, sound, battery life ( approx. 24 hours on heavy use 3G Inet, Calling, Texting etc.
2. Fast Charger will charge the Note 4 from 0 to 60 % in 30 minutes. Put it on fast charge have a shower and your phone is good to go for the entire day.
3. Lolipop update done immediately on activating the phone.
Cons:
1. None ... It is True... None .. Period.

But you can chage the language -- go to You Tube and see video on language change. After that the Note 4 experience is simply out of the world. The dual SIM version has not been released in India. But thanks to EBay I got this Dual SIM Note 4. I doubt Sammy will release the Dual SIM version in India at all because Sammy does not want to kill their single SIM versions. Business after all is business. No complaints about Sammy. I am a die hard fan of Sammy. So I went for the Dual SIM Note 4 on Ebay and like I said ... IT IS AWESOME. GO FOR IT !!! You will enjoy the real Note 4 experience.

There is no option of dialing from 2nd Sim in the Note 4 Duos. If it is there please let me know. Thnx.
