i went in an apple store, tried the ipad mini - it's a nice device in terms of build quality - but when i think about the many customizations - like changing fonts, live wallpapers, handcent sms, thumb keyboard, etc. etc. - available with Android OS i decided to wait for this - SGN 8.0... my only worry is that since the speakers are located at the bottom just like the SGT 8.9, dusts would penetrate the inside of the screen

I really don't like apples bluetooth monopoly, and lack of productivity usage. How can u achieve anything meaningful with a gadget that lacks "basic file system"- not even document upload. Ipad ko, igame ni, mchew...please samsung increase ppi and use powervr.

suggestion:
improve pixels per inch to 300+
add flash
improve the camera to maybe 10/15+mp
ipmrove gpu
if cam improve cpu..
to beat the rotten apple

@anonymous. You are correct. No gpu, no beating apple. Everyone is looking for the perfect ipad or note or tab. Samsung is the winner if. They just dedicate the note to gamers. I'm also sure EA gameloft, konami and other game developers prefer ios because of piracy and inseccurity on android but if most people migrate to android, they will start making android a major focus because demand on android markets will increase. samsung would have broken ios monopoly and pride hahaha uhuhuh

Android is way better than ios, except security wise, samsung simply HAS NOT woken up to the fact that a lot of tablet owners love games(hardcore games). Its pretty simple. If samsung wants to win all isheep and maintain phandroids, they must use a power vr quad core graphics for gpu+ 300ppi in the note and use some corning glass for protection. Else, apples ipad( which lacks basic file system) will continue to lead them only because of "gaming".

@samsung if u. Really wanna kill apple put a quad. Core gpu (cortex) in it and increase the ppi to about 300 or more. There u go, apple ipad is killed.

i dont know what people will think about a massive 8 inch next to the ear.... why would people buy a 8 inch phone unless your commpletely crazy about it

can someone please suggest to samsung to please make 64-gb internal memory + 64-gb expandable. this is what indians want, and millions of us want it immediately. can't wait. make this note 510 (64+64) fast and bring it faster.then we won't need any laptops or desktops any more. but don't delay samsung, your biggest market is india, remember well, and act soon.
