AnonD-53316, 15 Feb 2014There are many more things what users want in a smartphone ... moreThat right even i dont use fm radio on the note2 ....because in india almost all the radio stations r filled with ads every 5 mins so if u want to listen to ads then tune in to radio in india...lol..i prefer music installed on sd card....and yes LG G PRO 2 has sd800 and aderno 330 and i love the design and on 5.9" screen pixel density doesn't matter at FULL HD just hoping ips lcd panal has a clear blacks and great contrast so i wont miss the deep blacks and great contrast of SAMOLED screens .and it wud come with 4.4.2 installed and UI no doubt wud be great ...and innovative ...i think its almost like the touchwiz which i like .mainly cause of the quick toggels and the notification bar..

No one will now buy note 3 because of the non availabi... moreThere are many more things what users want in a smartphone apart from FM, you cant decided for masses. i don't think a person going to buy a smartphone with 45,000Rs, had a major criteria of FM in a phone. The fact is in India there are still many areas where FM channel is not popular and with a 32 GB of Space and memory expansion, I think people will carry their own collection like I do.

A doubt. What is the difference when we play 1080p video in a 720p display (note 2) and in 1080p display (note 3, LG G pro etc)?.

AnonD-22824, 15 Feb 2014I been using note2 for a while now its a great phablet howe... moreApart from the processor, that also in Indian version, there is no positive point as compared to Note 3, pixel density is low and all others are almost the same. Rest it depends how it performs. In India resale value will be the major point.
Now the fight is for revamping the User interfaces, such as TouchWiz and Sony is also going to make a lot of changes in its UI, can't remember the name.

LG G pro 2 only supports dual band 3G !!!. Oh no !!!.

I been using note2 for a while now its a great phablet however now as the LG G Pro 2 launch is around the corner i am excited to get it hopefully the price in india.is low..i know it does not have spen and some of the other note3 stuff ...but even i don't use the spen a lot and it has a 5.9" screen ,13 mp with OIS,sd card slot and a great look ...just hoping that the ips screen does't dissappoint me ...

After updating 21mb ota update my note 2 battery drain very fastly and charging very slowly
Anyone facing this problem...?

The settings area is divided into groups. in 4.3, you cannot switch to flight mode automatically using any third party softwares like profile scheduler etc.
Marginal or meagre increase in battery backup time.

AnonD-208826, 14 Feb 2014Wow Samsung kies !! What seemed to be a big big update on k... moreu can get all the updates OTA, no need to use kies ! I have updated through OTA ! All updates from 4.3 of 700 mb then 14 mb, 62 mb and now 21 mb !

I tired to update my Note 2 yesterday, but due to some error in Laptop it got stuck. Now when I turn on the device , I see message "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again".
I'm not able to wipe data by using power+home+up key.

even i recived the same popup when i tried to run a software update 2 days back
i.e. you have already exceeded the no for updates....
so dnt worry
today a new update has been launch
u can simply upgadre it by running a software update... mine to in an indian device
