    regarding ur Facebook problem try to search on google if other users r also facing that problem with this same application ! U can also contact and ask about it to the developer via email !

      I don't know about the installation of all apps in my mobile (no battery now bacause of the above reason). But I will mention here to the best of my knowledge :

      1) Browsers - Firefox, opera and chrome

      2) Texting apps - chaton, facebook, hangouts, linkedin, yahoo messenger, facebook messenger, nimbuzz (signed out always, not using temporatily), twitter, whatsapp

      3) File explorers - Bluetooth file transfer, es file explorer and x-plore

      4) E-mail apps - gmail and yahoomail

      5) Network tools - cell id info, network info II, SIM detail

      6) Games - None (really)

      7) News and online tv apps - BBC news, CNN international, NDTV (India)

      8) Online storage - only dropbox

      9) Others - GPS test, Profile scheduler+

      10) SMS tools - Easy SMS (previously pansi SMS), SMS backup and restore, SMS backup+

      11) Softwares - Adobe reader, currency converter, dominos (India), internet speed meter (paid version), quickoffice, wondershare mobilego+, MY BSNL (bill payment in India), teamviewer, wikipedia

      12) Tools - Advanced task killer, android system info, antutu benchmark, app backup & restore, barcode scanner, bookmarksSB, eMMC, phone copier, speedtest.net, sypressure (barometer), app cache cleaner

      13) Online buying - ebay.in and olx.in

      14) Job search - monster.com, naukri.com and timesjobs.com

      15) Offline info search* - ICICI bank, KVB and LVB
      (* means - not net banking apps. They are offline apps which are used to find the branch details of a bank)

      16) Antivirus - Kaspersky internet security for android ( visit : http://www.kaspersky.co.in/android-security ). The price mentioned in this link is in Indian Rupees.

      Note that the above mentioned softwares are in addition to the inbuilt default softwares** like google search, google maps, S-voice, flipboard etc.

      All apps are installed in phone memory as for now.

        Your N7100 device is facing camera problem. But mine is having worst camera clarity and worst battery backup.

        I have given the battery at Sansugn authorized service centre. They told me to wait till 19th December 2013.

          Sorry I mean 35 to 40 hours before update and now after update it last for 30 hours.

          Atm my battery is 45% while I type and been on since 24 hours.

            OK guys, ive been reading everyones comment about the battery life on the note 2 ..
            let me give u my experience.
            1stly i have my WIFI, 3G , SYNC, MULTI WINDOW and auto brightness on at all times .
            before the update my phone would last without a problem to around 40 hours . sometimes more ..
            and now after the after it does go to 40 hours but that is after stretching it to that much time. A little like forcing it to last.
            (let me add, i put the power saving mode on at nights as i sleep after restarting the phone and also the wifi and 3g is off)

            I may not be using the phone much the whole day. mainly use whatsapp and bbm and a few calls during the day, a little of facebook and some random apps.

            In games , dont really play much but if i do its either candy crush or injustice.

            So ya, im happy with the battery life of my phone, tho was a little happier with it before the update.

            Also ive noticed the ram is being used quite a lot now. sometimes it reached 1gb or more . at times lower to 600mb.

            Also the misc files are 1.55 gb memory used. wish someone could help me find those files and delete them if they arent need.

            Lastly im recently facing this problem with my facebook. whenever i receive a notification on facebook or facebook messenger i have to unlock my phone and open the notification. ( i mean it does not open if i only drop down the notification bar and select the notification- i have to unlock the the notification is opened) hope ul understand what i mean. i have uninstalled and reinstalled both the apps . but still no help

            Dont know if its a problem with faceboook or my phone software.
            it would be really nice if someone could help me with the problem. thanks

SUDHAKAR, 17 Dec 2013Only my handset has this problem (worst camera clarity and ... morei really want to help you in regard to your battery problem ( can't help you in camera department, because you are comparing it to your other phone Nokia N8 and N8 is the best and note 2 will never be able to give result close to N8. i myself don't have a digital camera or N8. I have Nokia C6-01 (still using it) and compare to C6-01 my note 2 is much much better in both camera and battery).

              in order to help you i need to you to do this
              1. restart your note 2, as soon as it is on, press the home button and select RAM, you will see you RAM increase for the next few seconds until it stabilize. i need to know your starting RAM and stabilized RAM (Mine is around 490 at start and it stabilize at around 622. it was around 430 at start and 570 at stabilized when it was software version 4.1.2).
              2. I need the list of:
              I. apps that work with wifi or data (like facebook, whatsapp, skype, viber, messengers and browsers etc)
              II. other apps like any antivirus, any custom launcher, any camera app like camera 360 and any other utilities downloaded from the play store.
              III. and the names of top 3 games you play most often.

              please reply if you really need help with your battery problem.

                  I m agree with camera but not with battery.
                  l regret not buying lumia 1020.
                  low end lumia gives better camera clarity.
                  shame samsung not giving a top notch camera in such a pricy set.In low light note 2 camera is very very poor.
                  I used 2 android mobile previously.
                  note 2 gives double battery backup of them.
                  Anyway other than camera no issue to complain about.

                          I didn't say all N7100 handsets are faulty.

                                AnonD-53316, 16 Dec 2013I have upgraded to Note 3, and yeah being angry with Samsun... moreI am using 2 mobile numbers SIM 1 and SIM 2. SIM 1 is the normal SIM and is my main number which is in N8 with 2G data plan activated. SIM 2 is on Nokia N79 (normal SIM).

                                I use SIM 3 (cut to micro SIM) in N7100 only for data.

                                I will cut SIM 1 to micro SIM and use N7100 as main phone and post here about the battery backup time.

                                The reason why I am hesitating is when I put the micro SIM in the 'micro SIM to normal SIM adapter' and insert it to N8, I feel very difficult (tight) to insert. So I cannot insert and remove easily.

                                  I am using only accuweather app.

                                  * means - facebook, facebook messenger, whatsapp, nimbuzz (not signed in - logged out), twitter AND VoIP apps like Viber, voipdiscount.com dialer).

                                  Note : I don't use any of the apps (android and Symbian) as widgets as I know they will consume more battery power.

                                  The reason for android apps running in background :
                                  There is no 'exit' option for most of the android apps. android apps must have exit option (like the end option in the in built music player of N7100).

                                  At least 99.9% Symbian apps have 'exit' option using which we can close them completely (except whatsapp and other apps which continuously try to poll to the network even after exiting).
