I just updated my note 2 to android 4.3 yesterday. Till now performance is better than before but heptic feedback not working when I press soft keys even after vibration intensity is set to max.

[deleted post]I think that from India first. My Note II (Indonesia region) is the latest version on Jelly Bean 4.1.2. For me 4.1.2 is good, update to the newest version doesn't always better than before.

Gallery and Multi window interface also updated. More apps added to Multi window. Only thing sucks is Video player.
