AnonD-20761, 19 Nov 2013Please explain what you mean by usageIt means that 30mins of browsing, 30 mins of gaming, 30mins of video is only 1hr 30mins on screen time. 10 mins of talk and 20 mins of music means you actually use your phone only 2hrs daily and that is not what somebody can use to determine battery life. Other times of the day your device is on idle mode. I want someone that gets upto 5hrs on screen time to tell us battery backup.

1st bug noted :
Go to clock. Then click world clock. Then click 'add city'. You will get 'unfortunately clock has stopped'. You cannot add cities !!!. Oh no. 4.3 is buggy in Note 2 N7100 also followed by Samsung I9300.

Got Android 4.3. Loving the new update, update is awesome. Loved the updated interface of apps like email, internet, keyboard, svoice except Videos. they messed up an awesome video player. Otherwise update is awesome. No bugs found yet.

Use at your own needs ! screen on time mostly will be between 5hours-6hours !
and that battery will only last one year , after one year battery will get slight swollen and a bad smell will come.
so however you use the battery it will last only 1-Year.
And to be noted is battery is very cheap and we got removable so it is not a problem!

Got JB 4.3 update. Installed it. I think battery backup issue is still there. May be problem with the battery. I will give it to the service centre after 1 or 2 days.
I have charged the battery to 100% (after JB 4.3 update) on 19-11-2013 at 06:45 PM Indian time (GMT time is 01:15 PM). Now the time is 07:21 PM (36 minutes past) and the battery level is at 98%. Let me see now.
I have enabled 2G mobile network and disabled all other radio signals now.

So many changes and improvemenrs but one sad thing is S NOTE is not improved or changes.

Gpu new drivers

After about 30 days
9am - 100%
10pm - 45%
Usage same as before.
This is really good in the sense that there was less apps on the phone when it was brand new, means the number of apps still running in the background was low compare to after 30 days.
