Hey guys am from india and i earned a note 2 in the month of december.Ever sibce it was working pretty fine. But now its showing many problems such as battery drainage,very quickly even though its not in use. Moreover its taking too much time to charge. Sometimes some apps stop unexpectedly even though i use antiviruses like avg and lookout. My sw is 4.1.1. When would i get the updated version. Plz help anyone.

is usb tethering possible only on 3g network? Please help me on this. I tried to connect it on my 2g network but didn't work. Anyone who is aware abt this please help me. im from india.

can anybody explain, why does my Note 2's display is quite Reddish Tone which is irritating to me! Its made in Vietnam! is this happening only to me or its almost same to the other devices of note 2! pls let me know. nd how to reduce the rd tone of screen. i tried Natural, standard, Dynamic mode ... but no significant changes i got!!!!!!

I am from India I got update of 50mb, after this update my galaxy note2
Become very smooth and fast performance tanks to SAMSUNG, I thing no one has recognise what happen after this update.i will explain follow
1. Lock screen bypass is fixed (recently XDA Developers found)
2. All minor bug are fixed.
3. Smooth running and fast performance in pre loaded apps and post loaded apps.
4. Battery is better than previous.

And finally very smooth and fast performance
, because recently XDA developers find out security hole in all high end devices of Samsung, now samsung is fixing all

Raj, 19 Apr 2013hello, sir my samsung galaxy note2- purchased in thailand. ... moreRaj if i bought the note 7102 dual sim ,your not alone facing this issue,before moving bac homne tot he usa from china i purchased 2 notes 7102 dual sims upon arrival ad placing my T moble sims cards i found that only one sim is active at all times while second one is not ,funny while in china it worked flawlesly,i am thinking its carrrier dependant probelms

guess im gettin this powerhouse for my next 2 years phone. samsung is really gettin what markets are demanding for; big screen powerhouse. good job samsung, u have my compliments. =) why are other companies still stuck with 4.5 being norm? 5-ers are now the new norm. =) samsung is a pioneer, always will be.

I also received the same update couple of days ago. I updated and felt bit smoothness and increase in battery life. Decay is bit slower than before. But it's a minor update.

I've got one question about this phone. Does the chrome detail chip? My sister has a couple of Samsung phones and both had the chrome detailing chipped. It looks real bad. Does the same happen to Note 2? I am seriously considering buying this phone and it would be a real deal breaker for me. I'm not going to spend 30 grand for a phone that gets easily damaged. Your response will be greatly appreciated. TIA! :)

I'm getting the Note 8 for the bigger screen & lighter than the Note 10.1, easier for drawing and work. I'll still have my Note II with me daily for easy accessibility
My salute to Samsung who cater to the what really need and important affordability of their products. Like Sony’s products just look good without the productivity and dependability.

I happen to like the additional sensors, Infrared Blaster, full HD Super AMOLED screen, hover preview with just your finger of the S4. I'm getting the Note 8 next week, and I'd probably would not mind getting the S4 as a normal phone over the Note III.
I'm a die-hard Note II user till now, but I can admit when a technology set for a device has jumped to provide greater features.
